This Bath & Body Works location is a favorite for many, known as a tax-free test location where new scents and products often appear first. I placed an online order that ended up stuck in a queue, unable to be picked. Nic the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our order was processed. She made sure to reserve our items that were on low stock. She is the definition of customer experience!!
