One thing to upsell another to criticize a customer's decision.This afternoon I happened to have an unpleasant experience with an associate in the home theater department, after making a selection on a tv for my older father.I was informed that specific tv was out of stock no problem, so we went and redecided on another TV.On checkout this associate that was assisting us kept adamantlyinforming us this is an entry level TV "you are aware this is an entry level tv." + going on about us not purchasing a soundbar after trying to convince us and me clearly saying no. With the associate following up with a "Tsk Tsk Tsk I disagree." "Your Father wouldn't need to turn up the volume as much with a soundbar."Customers should be able to go in and get a TV without the heckling and introjection of sales associates, if someone denies an associate upselling motives they should stop and just move on with the original purchase.Big box/Electronic stores are losing their business to online retailers such as amazon where people don't have to deal with the heckling that comes from in store employees trying to meet a quota.In the end best buy lost a potential customer based off an employee's lack of customer service-oriented thinking but please do some retraining or revaluate your employee's sale/customer service strategy.

I don't know why everyones complaining about pickups not being ready in an hour when they don't understand the behind the scenes of getting orders ready. If you think you can do the curbside pickups better than the employees can, then go work there OR just go find your product on the shelf. SMH, they got Roadie and other delivery orders to fulfill fools. Do better with your complaints or don't complain.NOW, for my review.Mr.blackshirt CHRISTOPHER from Samsung was beyond informative and helpful on January 27th 2024 along with the dude who has a tattoo sleeve he was training. I think it was Dan? These two are Amazing examples of customer service who didn't get annoyed with us and just kept providing excellent service. Incredibly knowledgeable and informative on all electronic subjects. Radios, phones, Ps5s, pre-ordering electronics. I know they're technically a separate entity from Best Buy but they deserve some recognition. Thank you

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with a question about my Best Buy credit card and the first person I spoke to knew what he was talking about but because my question was very technical unfortunately he wasn’t able to help me but directed me to someone who could answer my question. The manager I spoke to answered my question before I even finished asking which was extremely helpful and relief knowing that I got directed to right the person.

Same review as John Hancock couple weeks ago. "1 hour pickup" - expect 1 day +. Warehouse definitely does not prioritize online orders. Staff couldn't give me a timeline or anything... just had to cancel and go to another store

I ordered headphones for online pickup. After hours of waiting, the item was out of stock. I then ordered a different pair and after a day of not hearing anything, I called customer service. I was told my order was ready for pickup, the computer system was having issues and not able to send ready for pickup emails. I went to the store for my item and they were unfriendly and unhelpful. I was told that wasn't true and that the item was not even in store yet. Just a complete waste of time and the rudeness of the worker made it worse.

I went to Best Buy to get a wireless charger. The shelves were disorganized, and there weren't any prices on most of the devices. I asked an associate for a price, and it seemed as if I had bothered her.

Horrible customer service. You stand around waiting for a hour. If not longer. Oh yeah don’t forget to check or you’ll never get help. Stupid system very poorly run. 50+ customers and no one to help.

This might be the worst Best buy I've ever step foot inside. No one there was helpful, there was no one on the floor to answer any questions or help me with anything. I had $500 on a gift card looking to spend and no one cared. Online the terrible app told me they had Xbox series x systems for $400 but when I got there all they had was about 2000 Nintendo switch consoles sitting on a pallet jack behind the counter. There was nothing in the store, the employees weren't trying to stock anything or to help anyone. I was the third person in a row at customer service who couldn't believe how little the person helping me cared and did zero to solve any problems. Customers were trying to ask customer service ways they could spend their money at that store by buying merchandise and the look of indifference on this probably 19-year-olds face I'll never forget. I ended up calling an hour and a half to west Leb to a tiny little Best buy that is far superior in terms of quality, customer service, cleanliness, etc steer clear unless you have no other choice than to ride that elevator up to the worst best buy around.

Went to pick up and air fryer and decided to browse the store w/ my little ones. I swear we're there for hours because it was just so much fun lol. Surprisingly for an electronic store my kids and I really enjoyed ourselves meaning there's more to this store than just electronics!

The item I bought was perfect and at a great price. The curb side pickup was terrible. The site said it would be ready for pickup in an hour. I bought the item at 8:30am and wasn't able to pickup until 6pm. Normally this would be ok to deal with but when I bought it said it was last item in store. I was worried someone had snatched off the shelf before they got it for pickup.
