Bought a used dirt bike from Best Cycle in Nashua. Arthur was great to deal with. He went over the dirt bike with my son and showed him some things. Arthur made the process painless and smooth. We are extremely happy with the bike. Thumbs up all around.

If you're looking for a motorcycle or any other kind of vehicle, avoid this place like the plague. Recently bought a Yamaha R3 and at first I thought everything was great. When I got home from the shop I noticed there was no inspection sticker. I decided to call the shop thinking it might've been a mistake, because I was told by the manager that they'd take care of the inspection and there'd be no issues. They then told me because it had after market tail lights on it, the mechanic refused to pass it. I talked to two different shops and was told it's a HUGE D.O.T violation to sell a vehicle with a temp plate, but no inspection sticker, so i'm also going to look into reporting this to them. I called again and the servicing manager told me "Cops don't really look for inspection stickers" as if he was going to pay for my ticket or increased insurance price for any issues it caused. They NEVER told me or said anywhere in the paperwork that the lights were after market, and also that the exhaust was after market. I barely managed to get it passed at another shop because the tail light was too similar to law enforcement, thankfully though, the exhaust wasn't loud enough to fail. This shop is EXTREMELY deceptive in their sales. When I traded in my Honda Rebel, I overheard the manager say he was going to cover the dents in it with stickers so they wouldn't have to lower the price. After two weeks of waiting for a response I called yesterday and was told I was going to be contacted later in the day by the manager Ray, and no one called me. Once you give this place your money and signature, they don't care about you. I can't stress enough to go to a different shop to purchase a vehicle, I have a couple friends looking into buying bikes and told them the same thing, to avoid Best Cycles Extremely disappointed and without a doubt the worst dealership experience.

We went in to buy a new battery. They have minimal parts because they can't keep staff employed. We learned real quick why. The young gentleman behind the counter was very nice and getting the new battery when the what seemed to be manager came over and asked the kid what he was doing. The kid told him he was helping us get a battery and the manager, very rudely, said ohhh noo your not you got a customer over there (referring to someone looking at machines). The kid seemed confused because he was already doing his job. We were likely going to buy that trx90 sitting out front but we will take our business elsewhere. Treat your employees better. No wonder you can't keep them!

Not sure what happened here. Earlier this summer I brought my Grom in for service, it was great! They had it done super quick and the parts/service guys there were super helpful answering some questions I had. Went back recently to get some parts ordered for my Shadow, staff changed, no biggie. But that person had no clue what they were doing and clearly had no knowledge of motorcycles, it was no help at all. Eventually I left and went to Naults. Haven't brought my bikes back for service, but from the way things are looking, I'm going to look elsewhere. Not sure how their sales department is so I can't speak for that. But it's clear that their service/parts department is lacking. Unfortunate since I had a great experience earlier in the year.

If your looking to buy a new motorcycle/atv, give these guys a shot. I've now purchased, and had service done here and both are top notch. Kyle in sales is absolutely GREAT and went above and beyond to meet my expectations( which weren't low) to get me on the machine I wanted, at a great price to boot. He even made himself available to answer a couple questions on his day off. Service was able to get me in, without much notice, on a Saturday while I waited. Quality work at a fair price. They definitely earned my business and I'll be back in the future. All in all, these are extremely detailed people who are great at their jobs, even making sure the tank is full before you take delivery. Thanks again to the BEST cycle team

Kind, friendly sales staff. As a female buyer, it was refreshing to feel as though they were being honest and transparent with me, and not rude or judgmental. They advocate for female riders, and were helpful and informational without being demeaning or sexist - which has sadly been my experience otherwise. Definitely recommend and will go back for future needs.

Sales manager Brian - I would not recommend at all. Very rude and has a very cocky attitude. Offered no assistance what so ever. This was my 2nd time there in as many days. My 2019 Ford Fusion dash screen keeps freezing (at least 10-15 times in 3 months - no clock, navigation, phone, etc). Yesterday the Sales Manager, Brian, was one of the rudest people I have ever met and had absolutely no customer service skills at all. Today I went back and asked for the service manager, thankfully, I had taken pictures of what happens to show her. She has given me a loaner and is replacing a few parts. This is the 2nd time in for service for the same thing...The car has less than 7000 miles and was bought in mid June.

They have been servicing my Lincoln MKC (using Quicklane for the most part). Very friendly and helpful staff and I like being able to drive up for an oil change with no appointment!

I always take my 2014 Mustang into Best Ford for any kind of service. I like being able to stop by when I have time and get a quick oil change. Yesterday it was an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. In and out in less than an hour - no appointment. I know that service on my new 2018 F150 will be at the same level of excellence. Don't take a chance with your vehicle - if you own a Ford - take it to Best Ford - they are the experts and know how important your vehicle is to you.

Perhaps the most bizarre, disappointing sales experience ever: I was looking for a very specific motorcycle, a leftover model that was available in 3 colors, but I wanted a specific color. I called Best and asked if they had any leftover units, in the color I wanted, and asked what the price was. They said they had one in stock, and gave me a leftover price. When I went in to check out the bike in person and start a deal, I was met with odd resistance. Apparently they had 4 or 5 units in the most common color, one in the color I wanted, and 1 in the third color. Now keep in mind, the msrp was the same for any color. Once in the showroom, the salesman who was helping me, who I think was different than I spoke with on the phone, acted annoyed because "I shouldn't have been given that price on the color they only had one of, only the color they had multiple units of"... Well okay, who's fault is that? And, it wasn't clear what was going on, we're they honoring the price? Were they trying to guilt me into asking what the price "should" be? I don't know, but they did try to convince me to buy the more common number, albeit with little effort. The saleman walked away and returned with a lame color matched boy racer jacket, and was like "doesn't this look great?" I didn't think it did, didn't want it, and didn't know if they were really trying to perk up the deal on the more common unit so I asked "are you throwing that into the deal?" and the salesman just scoffed and said no, like I was an idiot for asking. He took me out back to a different non-showroom room, to show me the third color, and actually said "ya this is sharp, but you can't have it at the price of the other one, this is rare...." (it really wasn't that rare, I think they just ordered wrong). It was such a passive aggressive, bait and switch encounter, but I was young and it was one of my first bike purchases, and kind of felt locked in. I put a deposit (which they didn't specify was or wasn't refundable) on the bike that I wanted, which they reluctantly honored the price, except treated me like I was a big pain, and planned to come back with a larger down payment and finance the rest. The next day I went to plaistow powersports with a friend who was looking for a bike for himself, and the salesman who was helping him asked if I was looking, and I said what bike I was looking for, and they simply and easily said they had one in stock, and told me the price, which was better than Best Cycle. It was so refreshing to just be treated respectfully, that I ended up buying the bike from Plaistow. I called Best and said I decided not to buy their bike, and asked if I could get my deposit back. He said I would have to talk to the sales manager. He transfered me, and immediately the sales manager was rude and aggressive, telling me "he didn't have to give me my money back". If their policy was that deposits were nonrefundable, then fine, be a professional and tell me that. But this guy was rude, again vague in that "he didn't have to"... Like there still was an option? But apparently there wasnt, he was stubborn, and I lost my deposit. Pan to now, I give Best another try, contacting them and two other dealerships about another leftover (thinking the odds of anyone having one were low, so obviously I would use my resources and check all local shops), and ofcourse, the dealership who responded saying they had one, and what the price was, was not Best Cycle. Instead, Best responded and said "they could get one" and to "come in to work out a deal". And typical of unsatisfying dealerships, I was contacted multiple times. Its 2018, consumers have so many resources, why waste anyone's time? I'll tell you, it's the classic archaic used car sales tactics, to badger you, and get you in pe
