I got talked into a Motorola phone when I wanted Samsung I have a defective phone and within 24 hours I went in to return it for credit for another phone. Of course there were no Samsung's in the store he said. So now it's a case with the manager cuz they're saying there's no refunds and there should be because the receipt makes no mention of no refunds on phones. So now I'm waiting for a call back from the manager to see what he's going to do about it. I'm very unhappy with Motorola and he knows that and plus it's a defective phone remember so he has to take it back. But waiting to hear if you'll let me change it to a Samsung or not. I now realize he talked me into Motorola because he didn't have any Samsung's in the store. So I sit and wait.

Owner and store employee watched me struggle on crutches trying to open door. This set the mood for my initial visit. Once in and being helped tho things changed for the better. The gentleman I worked with was knowledgeable and was able to get me started and on the service with ease.Everything service wise has been great and I recommend this location. Don’t expect warm and fuzzy personalities but know the service provided will be top notch.

I bought a phone from this location in 2021 and went in for an upgrade in December of 2022. I ended up going with a Motorola G 5G phone which was a really great deal. Or at least I thought it was a great deal. Within an hour of activating the phone it randomly started making a loud beeping noise and my screen was all distorted with lines across it. I went back to the store but it was right before closing time and they must have closed early. Thankfully I was able to get my phone at 2 turn on and be able to see my screen long enough to factory reset my phone which worked until about 20 hours later when it did it again. That day I went back to boost Mobile to return my phone 4A Samsung Galaxy a.53 5G. The gentleman told me that it was not in stock and that they could order it for me and would contact me when the phone came in. I asked him how long it would take for it to come in and he said it may take a week or so. I I asked him to put something in writing to verify that he would trade in my phone when it was delivered to the store upon me paying the difference which he did. Forward 2 a week and a half later and I have gone by the store two days in a row on December 20th and December 21st and the store's sign says open and the lights are all on but the door is locked. I've also tried calling the store number multiple times to no avail. I've even gone as far as messaging them on Facebook but I still have not gotten an answer. I'm really hoping that this is resolved soon but it seems that I may be out $130. This is something I really can't afford and I'm definitely upset that I've been treated like this.

Poor management and they told me I would get a promotion deal for one month free and when it came to the free month, they then tried to tell me I can't get it because I have 2 lines. They are very rude and there customer service sucks. I will never do business with them again. Back to T-Mobile I go!!! ✌?

Went in to upgrade my sim card on my iPhone and Shaw was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and so informative and then next thing I know 4 minutes later had my phone back and was out the door. That is customer service!!!

The free SE was the 2nd GEN not the 3rd GEN decided it wasn’t worth it…. $35 activation fee. No thanks!
