If you want an agent who ignores your emails and disappears when you need help, then Brianna is the one. After I was hit by a drunk driver while parked out of state, State Farm charged me high premiums yet gave me minimal support. When my brand-new, limited-edition car’s windshield was damaged, I emailed her multiple times. She ignored me, and State Farm refused to replace the glass with the original part, meaning my car will now lose value. I pay for premium coverage — what kind of business refuses to do its job while the customer takes the loss? This makes zero sense. It feels like fraud. I dare her to respond to this review since my emails are being ignored, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the state.

If you want an agent who disappears when your car is damaged and seems unsure about your coverage—even though it’s her job—then Brianna is the one. I was hit by a drunk driver while parked out of state, and State Farm’s response was beyond disappointing. Despite charging high premiums, their support was minimal, communication was inconsistent, and I was left fighting for basic answers during a stressful time. For a company that claims to be a “good neighbor,” they were nowhere to be found when it truly mattered. I will not be using State Farm again.
