They put the wrong date on my paper work. I went to my doctor at first. And they gave me a few more days to take off so I can get better. Then i went to ups doctor and said I was able to work but only 5 lb max. And how can I do that at UPS . Especially that I'm on crutches.

There PT is outstanding! So is the PA and nursing team. Their current office manager, Sheila got the services I needed in place when nobody else could in the workmen’s comp world. I’m very grateful to their staff.

I accidentally breathed in some food two weeks ago, and I wasn't sure if I could cough everything out after about 1 hour of heavy coughing. I read about aspiration pneumonia and became worried as there is a 27% death rate if you become hospitalized.I finally decided to come here 3 days ago when my symptoms were gradually becoming worse day by day. My fever reached 99.5, and my cough was producing something that indicated a bacterial infection.They gave me a chest x-ray, saw it was bronchitis, and prescribed me some antibiotics. I went to CVS to pick them up for $3.11. This all took less than 3 hours to complete as a walk-in. Understandably, they are busy with many patients and other appointments.I started feeling better even 1 day after taking antibiotics. Now 3 days later, I only have mild symptoms. I am genuinely thankful for these folks.

Really good experience, especially as a walk-in doing my physical for work. The WiFi for completing paperwork on mobile phones is a bit sluggish, but the forms themselves are easy to follow. The receptionist was very professional and the nurse did an awesome job with my exam, even pointing out that a medication I have at home was for a different purpose than I thought, haha. The entire experience from the waiting room, to the exam, to checking out was all excellent. I bet if they get faster WiFi, the experience for everyone, including the staff waiting for the next patient, would be even better.

I went for a drug screening and they got me in very quickly as well as out very quickly. The ladies at the front desk and others there were very custom service oriented.

There is so much to say about this facility, staff and Drs. Absolutely, amazing. Top notch service here. The staff was super attentive, listened to my concerns. Wonderful people working here.

Would not get blood drawn here! The girls tried 7 or 8 times then just said sorry go somewhere else. This was for pre employment labs so I was on a tight schedule making my start date delayed.There was no manager or connected lab spot and they acted like it was all my fault for not hydrating enough.So if you have lousy veins, go elsewhere!

The worst! I went there for my DOT physical, was given a 6 month card eventho every thing was the same as the last 20 years- literally the same, as was bragged about by the PA giving the assement ( disgusting). Back to a usless sleep study I go again! A massive money grab! This place sucks now!However you are, don't go! Find an honest joint, not a commie joint.

Very displeased with the time to wait to have a simple test. My company does random drug test and I was selected this month. I needed to goto restroom ( Luckily i was able to hold the urge ) finally 90 minutes until they called my name. I asked if I made appointment would be quicker. We don't do appointments she said.Need time I will ask to go to a different facility

Arrived at 1:20 for my 1:30 appointment. Wasn’t seen until 2:15. Staff at front desk were rude. But the staff doing the physical was even more sour. The “doctor” decided to talk with that staff about drug addicts & how it’s a choice, and how homeless people have choices then to see patients. I.e., me. From 2:30 to 3:10 I wasn’t seen but they were chatting behind the desk. “Doctor “ came in to do the rest of the physical that took under a minute. What a disgrace of a healthcare facility.
