I had a negative experience with this CVS trying to transfer prescriptions. Very uncommunicative, never gave me a call back, when I finally did reach them they were rude.
If they're understaffed or are overcapacity in terms of patients, I don't want this to reflect poorly on the workers there. It's probably just mismanaged and everyone is stressed out because of it. In the meantime, try another pharmacy.

They make it so hard to speak to anyone!!! They want you to wait over 24 hours for a new prescription. Horrible customer care. These commercial pharmacies don't care about customers! Just how many of them

So i ended up getting triple charged for an item I only got one of. It is of course cold and dark and I am home checking my receipt thinking "this shouldn't have costed so much." But the woman who rang me up rang up my oreos THREE TIMES. I got one pack. Never go here, especially at night. They will just rip you off.

CVS does not allow patrons to use their public bathrooms after 8pm for "safety concerns," even though they have a security guard on duty. This is in violation of NH building and plumbing codes, which state that "[t]he public shall have access to the required toilet facilities at all times that the building is occupied."
This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Perhaps the City of Nashua code enforcement should pay this place a visit and levy some fines for starters?
Also, impossible to speak with a pharmacist when I call in. You speak to a phone bot and then leave a message for a call back. CVS is a shining example of how to drive customers away from their business.

I hope that the worker who told the homeless veteran sitting on the cold wet sidewalk to leave while I was in the store buying him things knows she hurt two peoples feelings tonight and isn’t a kind woman
That’s all

Without a doubt this CVS IS PRICE GOUGHING. Check for yourself even other CVS Stores. Heck go down the street to Walgreens and Shaws.

One of the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever visited. I know the rating doesn't matter to them. But still this CVS pharmacy is the worst ever. I wish I could give them less than 0 rating.

Horrible pharmacists. They should have their license suspended. Caused me a life threatening emergency.

This has to be the worst pharmacy you can go to. The pharmacy staff is rude, they never have my medications on stock and don’t warn you about this, they don’t pick up the phone when you call and force you to leave a message and overall just don’t seem to care about providing even halfway decent service. Avoid if possible.

From the angry pharmacist to the cashiers in the front just extremely rude and indifferent the other big chain up the street isn't that great either. There are a few employees that are nice but its rare. My visit was on 8/24/24 5pm on the small chance management cares.

Most of the employees at this location including regular associates and pharmacy are very rude with their attitudes and snide comments and ignoring customers when they need help. I purchased a money order at this location on Main Street in Nashua about one month ago and the cashier put the money order in an envelope and then handed it to me. I immediately took the money order out of the envelope to look at it and it said VOID on the front. I told the cashier and she didn't say anything but got another cashier and printed me a new one. It was pretty shady that she put it in the envelope and then I had to notify her of the mistake. Also, there are always people outside asking customers for money and when you tell the employees they don't care. Take care of your business!! Call the police. Press charges if you need to in order to keep safety a top priority for customers. Hire better employees who don't have huge ego's and attitudes. There used to be better staff at this location but I understand now why they left. Also, clean the store and restock the merchandise better.
The new security guard makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. He's leaning up against the counter and shelves when you walk in and always eyes you down when you walk in and loudly says, "HI..." And then when you leave he makes it a point to say, "BYE.. HAVE A GOOD NIGHT." He makes you feel like you did something wrong just by walking into that location and leaving. I don't want to feel uncomfortable and will go somewhere else.

Stocking shelves is a higher priority than helping customers at this store. I also recommend this establishment not be open 24 hours a day because it only attracts riff raff to the area at night causing a public nuisance.
