The store end if things is fine but the pharmacy end has some issues. I’ve been waiting over a week now for a simple pain medication for kidney stones. The only saving grace is that I’m now in the hospital for the 4th day. I was prescribed it on Tuesday but CVS told me maybe they could have it by Friday. Then Friday night “it just didn’t show up” and “it may show up Monday, or maybe not”, and it’s now Wednesday and there’s been no updates at all. I’m definitely going to be switching to Walgreens for any emergency scripts that I don’t initially fill using my VA pharmacy. The pharmacist just seems to be really indifferent when it comes to getting this filled, but I’d be willing to be if she was the one passing the kidney stones she wouldn’t be quite so indifferent.

I never had a problem here until the Pharmacist Kevin joined. He berated my prescribing doctor, apparently think he knows how to diagnose by looking solely at the medication history better than the doctors. He is out of line and extremely rude.

If i’M. Not in hospital, Dr’s office I’m at CVS. I do sleep at home. I am always greeted with a smile and never spoken to as if I’m old.. 80. I give them a high 5 and 99%. Because everyone makes mistakes….

A lot of variety in a compact location. They commonly provide cvs-branded generics for many name brand items at a lower price point.
