I found my dream dress at David’s Bridal in Nashua! The staff was patient, kind, compassionate, & made my dream dress come to life! Despite having multiple fittings, they remained proactive & altered my dress PERFECTLY! I can’t wait to wear it on my big day in May. Thank you to all staff at David’s Bridal, specially Georgia. She is such a pleasure to be around to help you prepare for your big day!

Kim was super kind and helpful in helping me find the dress that I was looking for! If there were some that I noticed on the website that matched something that I had previously not liked she made sure to tell me that it had something that I didn’t like on another dress. She helped me all the way and helped me feel beautiful in the dress! I would totally go back and see her again! But I was able to find the dress for me with this last visit!

Horrible experience. Firstly the place was a zoo. No organization, no one directing where to go or what to do. No one even explained the dress sizing. Our stylist Kaelin had ZERO customer service skills and barely spoke to us. She was so unhelpful and unsupportive I have no idea how she even got a job here. Her and her coworkers were outwardly talking crap about a customer they worked with earlier in the day. The place smelled like a zoo and the dresses were almost all visibly soiled. The employees had no training and it was horrendous. I had just had a great experience in South Carolina David's bridal and was hoping for the best with my mom and sister and we got utter disappointment. Not to mention the two hour drive we took to experience this process together. Thanks David bridal.
Update: manager called and apologized, we discussed the situation and I feel so much more validated as a David’s bridal customer. Doreen the manager was receptive and clearly cares about how her business is run.

When shopping for bridal party dresses, they were very busy and it took a long time to get someone to help us. I now know we should have made an appointment. We spent a lot of time trying in flower girl dresses only to find out that none of the dresses we picked came in the bridal party colors.
However, the fitting staff was very accomodating, professional and friendly despite a 20 minute wait beyond our appointment time.

I went in to look for an occasion dress for a wedding in April and Ellie helped me find the perfect dress! She was super bubbly and extremely friendly. I’d definitely recommend working with her again.

Georgia and Pauline were awesome!! They walked us through the alterations process and made sure we understood what was being done. They worked with our timeline and made us feel like their only customer. Thank you for a great experience!!
Just had my Mother of the Bride appointment and Maria was awesome!! I had a dress picked out that I thought I wanted, and Maria found one that I loved even more!! She was great and I appreciated all the help!!!
