  Getting my storage unit over the phone was super easy. You can do it online, too, but I'm an old-school cat and I prefer to talk to someone. Once I got set up and paid for my unit, I worked with Heather who is the on-site manager for the company. She was super hands on, very helpful, extremely kind and very easy to work with. Easily the best I've ever been treated in getting a storage unit for myself. Note: This all happened between 7:00 am and 12:00 p.m. the same day. I highly recommend Extra Space storage for your storage needs.

  All of our lives are a journey and sometimes we hit a hard spot and need a supporter to help us along the way. We need to talk about Heather. No fluff; she is simply one of the best people in my story. I am a rock throne from California that landed in Nashua New Hampshire. It was an afternoon not too long ago that I pulled up to Extra Storage Downtown Nashua with two large suite cases, a bottle of water and a backpack honestly a little frightened with no idea what I was going to do. That is when I met Heather. This wonderful human being showed me gentle kindness right at the start and I could tell she was on assignment to give me peace in my tricky situation. It was her taking her breaks to talk to me about the good in the challenges we face, her strength in the wake of constant everyday work difficulties that she resolved with tranquil custodial rectitude with clients and the wisdom she shared having been through life that to this day have helped me find hope in the storms. Be it random as it all is I do not know what I did to deserve her goodwill and it does not matter. Her civility and decency toward me has left an everlasting mark for my faith forever. She is one in a billion and the privilege is mine. Wherever I go I have been aided until the end and carry Heather’s compassion from Extra Storage Downtown Nashua with me wherever the way takes me next. I seriously just hope and pray that she is rewarded somehow for helping me live wherever she goes in life too. She truly is the best. Heather goes beyond all that is ever required of her for all the clients she works with in all good and all right ways. Heather comes to mind when I think of humility and what it means to have excellence while remaining real and authentic. I have been simply loved and hope that we all meet lot’s of people like Heather in the paths we take. Though I hope this especially for Heather. There is good in the impossible in life, and Heather is an impossibly good testimony to this. Everyone be kind to her. We reflect what we see looking back at us. Extra Storage is the luckiest facility in Nashua and I am blessed onward from here in all this. Everyone be well and be good and true. Thank you Heather of Extra Storage Downtown Nashua! You really are the best! Please Lord somebody else see what I’m saying. Thank you Extra Storage! Thank you very much, my friend Heather!

  Horrible Customer service, no communication between management and Jose lies. Don’t trust this facility if your life depended on it!! I lost my complete apartment that was stored at this facility and was auctioned off!! Jose lied to me and said and auctioneer would contact me while Richard was out for a couple days and when I spoke to Richard when he returned he had no clue what I was talking about and that there is no “Auctioneer” and it was done online. Okay so now I have NOTHING because of these two scam artists!! Don’t believe a WORD they say and get it in black and white on paper if you have issues so I’m hoping I can help the next person who is in my situation. This place should be shut down and these two con artists should loose their Jobs!! I will continue to call corporate until justice is served !! Karma makes a full circle!!
  
  “Owner” behind these reviews must be Richard or Jose . So “ Owner” who left me the Nashua office number, Why would I call and want to speak with either of you?? There is nothing to be resolved besides taking you two to court because my WHOLE STORAGE UNIT, (ALL OF MY BELONGINGS) were auctioned off!! Can you tell me what possibly you can resolve cause that too is a lie like the rest of lies you two spoke of.
