Worst experience ever. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I was directed over the phone as well as on the FedEx website to file a claim. In doing so, they claimed I needed to put in my credit card information. (Why should I have to pay further for their mistake)
Only to afterwards be told to contact the shipper of my package. You are the one that lost my package. Not them. I also searched for photo evidence of the package only to find, there is not one!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm out a decent amount of money. I would how they would have better service than what was received. Upset and frustrated!

Dianna (like the princess) is awesome. First time shipping some important documents via FedEx. She was so nice explaining to me the shipping options and properly formatting a kind of weird mailing address though the FedEx system. She also got the recipients phone number as well as my phone number in case the driver has any questions locating the drop off spot. Provided shipping goes smoothly, FedEx will be my first choice whenever I need to ensure my packages get delivered every time, on time,

We were greeted by Emma, who was both extremely, competent and kind. People should strive to be more like Emma (she deserves a raise, we are not being sarcastic, we are being serious). Emma was extremely helpful. She made my experience at FedEx easy, straightforward, and uncomplicated, and because service like hers, I will definitely be returning.

BEWARE of Packing services. I was under the impression that if the employees pack your item, it will be covered in case of damages. WRONG. Expensive item arrived broken due to poor packaging. Paid $36 to have it packed in tissue paper. Be sure to purchase full value insurance if you are having them pack your item. Tried to resolve but got the run-around between the store and hopeless/endless automated FedEx claims recordings. Staff is very friendly though. I traded a $600 damaged item for a smile every time I go there.
