Absolutely terrible experience. I have bought 20 pairs of shoes from finish line in the past ranging from $100-$200 but never again. I bought a new pair of shoes less than a month ago that are showing major defects besides normal wear and the manager would not do anything about it. They have lost a loyal customer to a terrible return/exchange policy.

Here is it Christmas Eve 2021 and the manager of Finish Line Pheasant Lane Mall, Nashua, NH decides to make the new employee work late so they can do inventory. Isn't it the store manger's job to keep track of inventory? To do a complete recount of inventory on Christmas Eve after hours is totally unacceptable. Today is a the day of observance for Christmas so explain to me why today? Talk about The Grinch that stole Christmas. He has family from out of town which means time is limited and instead of asking the employee if he had plans he makes him work. The employee's hustle to make sales to get numbers up and for what; so the manger who takes all the credit and did not do squat but reaps all the rewards for the hard work of the floor employee's! FIRE THE GRINCH aka the Manager of Finish Line!

I visited the Finish Line at the Pheasant Lane Mall this past weekend. Arian was extremely helpful and super friendly. He did not pressure but was right there as soon as I needed anything.

I came to this location to return a Nike outfit that did not fit my niece. I bought the outfit Nov 21, 2020. The lady manager told me she could not return it. Online it says “ We've extended our Return Policy this holiday season! All purchases between November 16, 2020 through January 1, 2021 can be returned until February 16, 2021. All purchases made after January 1 will follow our existing return policy.” so clearly she just didn’t want to do her job. You can’t be saying one thing online and then when people show up at the store you say another. Very poor customer service.
