H.E.A.R.T.S. offers various groups focused on well-being, including mindfulness, problem-solving, and cognitive behavioral therapy. For those needing a place to stay while struggling with mental illness or transitioning from a hospital setting, H.E.A.R.T.S. offers a respite option for up to 7 days. The staff is described as wonderful, running inspiring, educational, and fun groups. The center is open daily from 8 am to 5 pm, providing support and a place to talk for those in need.
