“I could not have asked for a better sales associate yesterday. I went in looking for a recliner that would accomodate a couple of medical issues that sometimes affect my sleep. Kelly Hurtado immediately acknowledged my height (5'2") and led me to section with smaller recliners. I tried 3, but the very first one she pointed out was the best fit for my needs and is on order. Kelly is a definite asset to your store. I appreciated her knowledge of the merchandise and her explantion of what to expect.”

“I was introduced to PRG Rugs by an amazing interior designer. PRG is a multi-generational business and Fouad, the owner, was so knowledgeable and invested in my rug experience! I found the most beautiful area rugs and carpets, however, I had not purchased rugs for years so when the quote came in it was higher than I expected. This was not because of the store's pricing, but rather my lack of familiarity with current rug pricing and my clear radar for choosing gorgeous rugs! When I expressed my surprise Fouad did not miss a beat and provided me with a number of lovely, alternate options. Any one of these would have been great. I did end up purchasing the more expensive rugs because we are recent empty nesters with no more old pets roaming around. However, if I still had a busy, messy house, I could have selected the performance rugs and been very happy.

I also have to mention the installation. PRG works with a father/son team and I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about these two. I selected a trim for my carpet stairs. They templated my stairs, including following the curve of the railing, and - at my house, in my living room, with their machine - sewed the trim onto the stair carpet pieces! It doesn't get more custom that that! And not a seam to be found in the wall to wall carpet rooms!

There are so many reasonably priced gifts and home decors. We enjoyed seeing how social and energetic the owner was. Left with two quirky items for our apartment. “Our in store experience rates high. Steven was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to us and help to guide us on the path to our new bed. We came into the store because the website was confusing about what was on sale and what type of mattress would suit us best. In the store, Steven walked us through what a sleep number bed is and how the different styles affect the body differently. Steven shared his experiences that related to us without oversharing. He gave us the facts, as we asked questions. We tried several beds in the store and settled on the one we had looked at online. We look forward to receiving our new bed and experiencing restful sleep. We highly recommend working with an in store associate. Steven, in the Nashua store is wonderful to work with.”

“Ordered a “mule chest” from Pompanoosuc Mills. We had It modified from the standard design and had it made of natural finish cherry. The drawer fronts horizontally were made from full width of the chest, boards. This allowed the grain pattern to continue continuously, horizontally across the drawer fronts. A VERY nice detail I have not even seen in Stickley case goods. The inset drawer design had completely uniform gap spacing around the drawers. Most manufacturers don’t even attempt this. Expensive but then if your grandkids inherit it, it’s really not.”

“The staff has always been polite when I purchased items there. That location is clean and well organized. Some of the product such as tile is not that good for the price but no different than any chain store.
You do get a lot less broken tile in a box unlike a Home Depot or a Lowe's. The product isn't treated like sack of potatoes like Home Depot or Lowe's by the staff or customers. When a place is clean and organized people tend to treat a place better. You go into a dark dirty warehouse supplier people are more likely to treat the place like a city dump.

The place is well lighted and can see the product. You are able to see fine detail unlike a dungeon like warehouse supplier.

Some items in stock are an issue. Before you go to a location I would call first before going. They may have to order what you want and should go there at least 2 weeks before you plan to install.”

“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
