store is cluttered, most of the time you cant find anyone to help you and when you do they tell you they dont have it but they do at the amhearst store, so why bother going there!!

This morning, my family arrived at the softball fields for my daughter’s East Coast Bandits softball tournament at Roby Park at 7am. We soon discovered a wasps nest near their dugout so my husband headed to Home Depot South Nashua, which was closed at the time. Special thank you to store manager, Terrell, who open the door early in order from my husband to get wasp spray. Customer Service was five stars in above thank you Terrell and thank you Home Depot for exceptional customer service!

I was very impressed with the employees here. I shopped on 5/7/2024. Devon helped me throughout my shopping experience. He was helpful and pleasant as I finished my list of items. I then checked out in the garden center because it was cooler. I was second in line behind a customer who was slightly upset and insulted the man in the booth. He apologized over and over and kept his composure. I was also helped by the paint department who helped me with a certain stain color that I needed. Way to improve your customer service! Great job

I came for wood, and paint samples, I was told by the associate that my measurements were wrong and he doesn’t know how to measure it. Then when asked about the length, he told me I wasn’t able to cut in a specific direction. Then when I put that would back, and come back with the measurements and the correct SQUARE piece of wood, he then proceeds to again tell me how is he supposed to cut it. Then starts to measure in his arms, a marker, and measuring tape, I said can you put that on the cutter? I really need it to be the perfect size, he then says, no, I obviously can’t help you, so find someone else.

I went today with my bf and family (mom and brother). I should note my bf is white and I’m Hispanic. Long story short-as soon as we went into the store it was so obvious we were being followed by several associates the entire time. To the point-an associate came up to me and asked if I needed help (mind you she said someone told her we needed help but no one in my party had said or asked for such a thing). Anyways I just felt followed from beginning to end. It stinks because we live so close but I think I might go to lowes or a different Home Depot. Crazy part is I’ve been to this location before and never felt this way. Anywho just be mindful especially if a minority.

I love Home Depot, BUT they need to rethink how they stack their hardware. Not all humans are 6foot+ feet tall. I had to find a long bolt to be able to try and slide the packages of Tacks off the rod, 7 FEET UP THE WALL like really HD?? And when I asked for help from an employee, it was ignored. So I had to Fling the packages of tacks across the isle in order to get them down, then they were the wrong ones so I had to squint my eyes to read because again, it's 7 FEET UP THE WALL can't reach and cannot see to read. So more packages if tacks go flying across the isle.
So this is why I give one star because you ignore the short people, Home Depot.

I ordered a 60 inch vanity (double sink) for $1019.00. These were delivered to my garage. When I opened the box when my friend was able to help me, the whole vanity was damaged/cracked - see photos. They told me I needed to bring it back to the store and this weighed hundreds of pounds, so that was an unreasonable request especially since it just needed to be discarded unless they can recycle the material. I spent hours on the phone with them. The end result was I got $500 toward a new sink. Three times total, the orders were delivered cracked. I found this to be unbelievable & there was never a positive resolution from Home Depot unfortunately and I had to shop elsewhere after wasting about 4 months on this.
