I went in yesterday to purchase many smaller items which totaled over $150. I got to the register which is now pretty all scan your own self checkout. I had items as small as hardware screws and would you believe no bags to be had anywhere in the store. I turned to the checker employee and asked where I can get a bag for all this small stuff and he said we have none. We ran out. Is that like the excuse my dog ate my homework. What a rookie store Home Depot is- I should have gone down the street to Lowe's instead of lining my pockets with screws and nuts and looking like a circus waking out dropping things along the way.

Rude, uninterested employees that treat you like you're a bother. Online pick up was atrocious. Was made to wait 15min in same queue as returns and general customer service. Ridiculous policy.

I went in before Christmas and a nice older gentlemen I believe his name was bill was working at the register and it was so busy everybody else was busy helping customers. I asked him for help finding a inflatable I wanted to surprise my dad and I looked everywhere for it and this was the only place they had it and it was the last one but it was a display. Bill went out of his way to go up to the top shelf take it down for me he was so kind and patient and you could tell he really loved his job and enjoyed making the customers happy. 10/10 will be back I hope he gets the recognition he deserves cause he made it such a great experience.

The South Nashua Home Depot is the best Home Depot I've ever shopped in. That store ROCKS!!! This store has the best customer service on earth! All the associates are knowledgeable, friendly and they always walk me to the items I need. They say that they sometimes move things and they don't want me to be sent to the wrong aisle. Well done

Had an assistant manager do a price match that the appliance associate said they couldn't match from Lowe's that I already purchased from Lowe's and was on backorder and I couldn't get until end of the year Derrick was pleasant and accommodating and had defiantly swayed me to home Depot as my first choice in home improvement from here on out

Ticked off is an understatement. There was a great deal for the Samsung stainless black steel stackable washer and dryer that we really wanted. We stressed to the guy behind the counter we needed something ASAP, and asked if they could do same day delivery. He had said no, but that we could have it within the week. He said how about Saturday? It was a Tuesday. Waiting that long was not ideal AT ALL, but it was our only option and for the price and quality of what we were buying (about 1500$) it felt like a good idea. Saturday comes.. and goes.. and late afternoon we call. ONLY to find out delivery is NEXT WEEK. we just bought a house and we were waiting on the closing Dept to release the cd. We weren't entirely sure of the exact move in date, and the week leading up to it, with everything packed and so stressful, we had zero time for laundry, or anything. The fact that delivery is nearly two weeks makes me irate. We would have chosen somewhere else had we been told that up front. I have a one year old who FLIES through clothes and we are on the brinx of no socks no undies and no onesies for her! Terrible! Be up front with your customers, don't mislead them.

We purchased a house last month and wanted new carpet put in the basement before we actually moved in. I waited until after scheduling carpet installation to schedule my household movers. Well, the day before, I get a call saying they need to cancel. Ummmm, I planned my move around the carpet installation and can't reschedule my movers now! So whatever, we move in and a week later the installer shows up around 5pm and asks my husband if he can come back the following day bc

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I bought a new washer/dry from Home Depot 2 weeks ago. When my boyfriend and I were initially purchasing the washer/dryer. We waited for over 30 minutes to talk to someone about buying. The person, Chris Bailey, was not friendly, clearly didn't care to be helping us and seemingly didn't even know what he was doing. We wanted a stacking kit and apparently, the stacking kit could not be added to our order so Chris assured us that someone would call us

Just a head's up for those looking to replace carpet. I thought people should be aware of our disappointing experience with Home Depot. Basically, you get what you pay for. Carpets needed to be replaced as we are selling our condo. Installers were to be here between 8 and 10 (per the e-mail they sent). Two calls telling us different times. Third call to complain and we are told if we aren't happy they can cancel the install. Really? After moving everything out of the way and waiting all day, that was their answer. So, they eventually showed up sometime after 3 pm. The crew doing the work were great. They were friendly and professional. And did a great job. But, unless you feel the headaches are worth saving some money, I would not recommend.

Sunday we tried to buy a grill. The store claimed to have 3 in stock, but none could be found. We decided to think on it, but Monday decided we still wanted that model. Checked with another store who claimed to have stock, but none were to be found when we showed up. We chose to order online with store pick up. The Nashua store let us know it was available but when we when to pick it up it was the floor model that was missing parts. After escalating the situation to a manager, we were assured that they would deliver a grill to us today, Friday. The grill that showed up at my house was another floor model with cobwebs and rust. Complete fail. I've now been on hold for over 30 minutes and counting waiting for someone to issue me a refund. Large portions of my time have been wasted and I still don't have a grill to show for it.

Very helpful staff, some go out of their way to accommodate the customer. Paul at the service desk is an exemplary customer service person.

I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had.I had carpet scheduled to be installed on Tuesday June 26 they showed up at 4 pm and left at 11:45 pm,that being said they did not finish the job and what was done is unacceptable they carpeted over a heat vent, you can see wood on three different spots on my stairs and just left my furniture where ever they wanted to. I went into the store the next morning to complain Cheryl did call the contractor they say there going to fix this but the soonest they can is July 9 th I said that’s fine for the carpet but when are you going to move furniture back I had to call twice to get a reply July 3 rd that’s inexcusable bad enough this was a horrible experience it just keeps getting worse.Your customer service is the worst!

Out of sheer convenience, we go to this Home Depot location for our home improvement needs because it's the closest. It's located in a plaza down the road from Pleasant Hill Mall with a massive lot so parking is never an issue, especially for huge utlity trucks. In the store, the aisles are clear and organized but the exterior pathway has bulks of items placed in arbitrary spots so it's hard to maneuver an adjustable panel hand truck seamlessly through. Keep in mind, the walking-through passage could easily fit 2 forklifts with enough room for people to mosey on by when it's clear. Lawn & Garden- We usually come here the deals on mulch. Storage- Always in need of latching storage boxes for organizing and putting away the seasonal stuff. Building Materials- Reliable lumbar. Overall Service: Workers are hard to track down for assistance especially by the plywood cutting service area. Once we did manage to track someone down, they were helpful. The cashier folks were more consistent, friendly and fast.
