HomeGoods offers an ever-changing selection of amazing finds for every room, from the living room and kitchen to the bathroom. Customers describe the experience as a thrilling treasure hunt, where they discover diverse items and good bargains, often at incredible savings with many products on clearance. The store is filled with a variety of nicely organized items, including high-quality craftsmanship on serving platters, dutch ovens, candles, and hand soaps, often found at lower prices than elsewhere. This encourages spontaneous purchases and makes many shoppers feel overwhelmed with desire, comparing a visit to the blimsful feeling of Christmas. While staff are generally noted as kind and knowledgeable, the store's model means assistance can be limited, and experiences at the register can occasionally be inconsistent. Despite this, shoppers rarely leave empty-handed, frequently planning to return to find their next project or passion in the aisles.
I love this place, but the customer service is not the greatest. I am not sure if they get like a little check if they promote to get the credit card but it gets to a point that it’s really annoying because they will ask you more than three times and it’s really annoying and when you say no they get mad.
