I came for Black Friday shopping and bought a T-shirt. The cashier rang it up at full price. When I asked about the sale, she said that it was BOGO 50% off. I end up purchasing the T-shirt at full price just to find out that the same T-shirt is 30% off on the website. Disappointed.

I came in for one item an hour and half before close i quickly grabbed my item and was about to cash out but there was no associate over cash register so I waited while I looked at the earrings in the near by case. When my back was turned an associate named Meg came back to the register and another customer arrived too and she helped them right away with their transaction even though I was there first and the lady had over 200 dollars worth in returns ???. Not only did that take up time but after she was done ringing everything up her computer froze when it came time to actually give the lady her money back and she told the lady with the return that it would be a 30 minute wait to get the register to work ??? I hopeful still wanted to get my one item but time was ticking because they only 45 minutes to close least just say I was there past close and when it was my turn for transaction my fiancé and I were talking and he asked why I seemed upset and I said well I just waited over an hour to cash out mind you we weren’t even talking to the associate and she chimes in well it’s not my fault you guys came in before close and my computer froze and I said no I came in way before close second off no one was even talking to you nor was your side comments asked for. Then her computer magically “freezes” again and says she can’t do my transaction. This whole situation is a mess and Meg either needs to take a class on how not to take everything so personal or find a different job. She was even rude to the lady with the return and had weird side comments to her like you can just come back tomorrow or all of our clothes fit the same when she tried to exchange for an item that was similar to the one she was exchanging.

I've loved this store since my first time visiting, when I bought a Jimmy Ear World t shirt (my very first band t) in middle school for BTS shopping. For a long time, this and Spencer's were the only two "alternative" stores for kids to easily find clothes of that style. This was pre internet shopping as it exists today. Hot Topic is still a haven for all things goth/alternative. The staff were helpful and friendly but not overbearing, and allowed me to browse happily.

Clean store beautiful looking inside loved the orange haired one with the eyeliner they were so good they slayed day in day out loved it slayed good job slay will be back for more hello kitty soon

Nothing like what hot topic is supposed to be. I don't want to see pink everything and bright colors or hello kitty/anime. This is not the place to sell that. I used to shop at hot topic when it was actually hot topic now I'd rather go to Spencer's and least they have more alt/metal and goth clothing this store has become girly and full of anime there's nothing worth buying and it's all overpriced

Very cool store! I love how the 90s-2000s vibe is finally coming back. Their coupon and Hot Cash system is also very helpful and I save a lot!

I'm not sure if no deliveries have been made.. but the walls were wicked barren to the point I couldn't use my haute cash I have to use up. Disappointing I probably would not stop at this location again

Went in on a Saturday, so busy. I needed help to get an item down from a high rack and the gentleman was so amazingly helpful. I saw something different and decided I wanted that instead. In the midst of the store being so packed full, he still made sure to stop back over to make sure I was all set. He proceeded to put the item back and sift through the 2nd item to find the size I needed. He was so great. I'm not a fan of holiday shopping at the mall but he made the rest of my trip great and my daughter is gonna be so happy, come Christmas, now.Edit-I finally found the small paper given to me at checkout so I can personally thank the employee who went above and beyond. Akiro, you were great with me and my indecisiveness :-) You made my shopping experience, in a very busy store and mall, so much better that day. I can't thank you enough! I would have done the survey but I put the purchase under my daughter's email.
