I just needed to exchange my shoes and the store was supposed to open at 10AM. I waited an hour for this store to open and it was still locked up. I called customer service and they offered me a $10 off email code for the inconvenience - never received it. I'm done with Journeys. It's also a complete nightmare to return or exchange anything, you basically have to sacrifice your first born son just to exchange your friggin' shoes. HORRIBLE company that doesn't care about their customers!

Whoever that blue hair shirt girl is who’s a bit fat in the stomach is WHITE and is definitely racist can come fight me. Worst employee ever. I love journeys employees and they give me compliments. But whoever works in the journeys mall… we can definitely fight. Fire her cause she has an attitude problem

The girls are very helpful, we always go and they are so patient with my kids, they don’t make me feel embarrassed or guilty if the baby start crying or screaming. I love this store and the staff.

Most people okay except one guy had glasses and somewhat of a beard was very rude and when I was trying on shoes he sat there giving me dirty looks and had his arms crossed wicked disrespectful and gave a lot of attitude def shouldn’t be working there if your gonna have a attitude like that

What is wrong with this mall now? The people that work at this store are such a joke. At least the two that were there when I came in. A girl with dark brown hair and a guy with longer wavy dark blonde hair. If your trying to buy anything be careful you're not disturbing them from their texting or instagram browsing. They don't smile, they are annoyed you're there. When you ask them questions they give you one word answers, they don't offer to check inventory or help you further than anything you ask them. I was getting rung up next to a lady who had a coupon on her email and they refused to take it. I had coupons that i just used and when I offered her mine they also refused to take it! I didn't know there was a rule against sharing my coupons! They must get commission or something if they care that much about how much the customers spending. Hire people who actually want to work instead of playing on their phones all day.

Very poor customer service. Employees acted completely annoyed when asked for assistance. Would not recommend.
