Kaylee's experience and knowledge of the inventory brought my simple project to the next level. Sale's process and communication was flawless. My project had a few delays and Shayna was able to accommodate that easily. She asked for pictures and information about the table legs that I wanted to use and reviewed them with the fabrication team to come up with a good plan. Tom came out to make the templates and he was amazing. We moved tape around on the floor to make sure that we had the layout of the table just perfect. He was as patient and helpful as I needed to make sure that everything was right. The day of installation came and the team was absolutely exceptional. My table required very specific placement of the legs to support the weight of the granite top. The entire team was involved in the process and I was so impressed by their commitment to making sure it was perfect. Meticulous work.

“We contracted Splash by Masi to do some upgrade work on a full bath and a half bath. Floor tiles, countertops/faucets,lights, and more. They had done some work on our old home many years ago and did a magnificent job. Well, they obviously haven't missed a beat, as the bathrooms in our new home now look fantastic after some Masi magic. They were right on schedule with everything, and all went as planned. I have to give special recognition to Michael, who was assigned to all of the projects. His workmanship is exemplary. “We had a great experience at Sink & Spout in Nashua over the weekend. We are doing a master bath renovation and needed to pick out all of the fixtures and valves for a double shower. Meredith was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm certain that without her help we would have made mistakes in what we picked out. We didn't have an appointment, but the store was empty so we didn't have to wait to talk to someone. They also seem to have access to the entire line of products from each manufacturer, so there were a lot more options than I had seen just browsing the web, which also made it important to have someone help guide us through everything.
