“Easy to work with counter staff! I've been an 'advanced' DIY person all my life and more often than not going into a trade store as a home owner gets you a bit of attitude (negative attitude). I needed a fan for my AC condenser unit. Mike took the time to confirm my part number, confirm that it was in stock at one of their other locations and had it delivered to their Nashua store the next morning. Never any attitude!
