“Easy to work with counter staff! I've been an 'advanced' DIY person all my life and more often than not going into a trade store as a home owner gets you a bit of attitude (negative attitude). I needed a fan for my AC condenser unit. Mike took the time to confirm my part number, confirm that it was in stock at one of their other locations and had it delivered to their Nashua store the next morning. Never any attitude! After a quick replacement this morning the AC is back working - Thanks Mike!”

Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”

“We went to Lowe’s to purchase window shades , we wanted motorized in some rooms and met Meg Bracato in window decor she was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you so much for making my experience so smooth ! “The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”
