Custom Bath of Nashua did an outstanding job with our two upstairs bathrooms. Both needed total remodeling which included replacing a bathtub to a shower in one and tearing down walls and complete renovation of the other. I was totally impressed from the minute they came to our house to talk about the project. The owner, John Gallagher, came to our house with numerous suitcases full of samples. Every other company I called asked us to come to their showroom, we could select what we wanted, and then they would come out to the house to give an estimate. John brought the showroom to our house!!! We were able to make selections, go upstairs to the bathrooms and actually see what it looked like in that bathroom. Then, while we were discussing other options and issues, he sent the selections we made to a team that was able to render what we wanted so we could see it in the dimensions of our bathrooms. This totally blew me away as we could get real-time feedback and see what our bathrooms would look like. This totally sold us on hiring Custom Bath of Nashua. Then, to have the actual renovation done by totally professional craftsmen was above and beyond expectations. Outstanding craftsmanship by each team on the project and very courteous and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would certainly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone. It is very clear that John Gallagher and his employees are proud of what they do and aspire to excellence in all they do. This is the quality of work we should all expect but is far too often not provided by many.

Stay away from these guys. Was given a lifetime guarantee for my shower and floor. I called them to tell them a nail was coming through my new floor. Told me they would charge me $299 to come out and look, plus any new charges. Don't believe a word they say.

We had a great experience just obtaining a quote for a bathroom remodel. We received an expert consultation from the owner and a beautiful custom rendering of the bathroom with our exact specifications that allowed us to visualize the bathroom in great detail. We feel confident that we will be in great hands if we move forward with a bathroom remodel from Custom Bath of Nashua.

We had John visit us. He helped us to select all that we needed to turn our old bathroom into a new , highly functional bathroom. It turned out so nice we had them update our other bathroom. We are very pleased with the work. We highly reccomend them.

Custom Bath of Nashua redid our bathroom in our new home. John came to our house and helped us design our new bathroom for over two hours. He was great and very knowledgeable on the different products/designs. On the day the bathroom was getting redone, the men working were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the bathroom came out amazing! We converted an old, gross bathtub into a shower with a beautiful frameless shower door. The shower walls look like tile but they are panels with no grout, which makes it super easy to clean (thank god I never have to scrub grout again!) The whole Custom Bath of Nashua team was great and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family.

I contacted Custom Bath of Nashua after finally finding a company who would use tiles not pre-fab walls for a tub to shower remodel.Cathy, a bath designer visited and seemed knowledgeable and professional.She sent me a very expensive estimate of $10,500 which included both a shower head system and a shower glass panel. I had my own shower system and glass panel that i had already picked out and saved on Pinterest for future purchase.I let her know that I had my preferences for the above and shared the pictures with her.A week went by and no word from Cathy. I texted and emailed her with my choices; no response. I finally called her and she said she would be re-sending my estimate based on my choices. Never got the estimate... I texted her asking if everything was ok. She finally texted telling me that she had a personal issue with a family member and would send me the estimate. That was over a week ago. Never heard from her again.I am very disappointed with this lack of communication, follow-up and professionalism. It seems that if you don't agree with THEIR choice of hardware and glass panel (they have companies that they have a deal with), they do not follow through with your requests.Do not waste your time with this company as they are very unprofessional and rude

I own a 2 family home so we did my unit in a white subway look shower. Having no grout to scrub is great since the panels have grooves like tile. Beautiful glass shower doors. In my rental unit we did a new acrylic bath tub as the old pink was ugly. New vanity, vinyl flooring looks great, new tall toilet and lights. Great jobs on both bathrooms and they got the job done quickly- and worked around tenants!

I’m sitting here now in our beautiful kitchen reminiscing about our remodel with Joe at Kitchens n More. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed working with him.
