It’s disgusting. I’ve never seen any other stores look as unkept and slovenly as Kohl’s. Theres no excuse for it. They have several employees putting new stock out while the stock already out is kicked under racks and thrown all over the place. Put the stock you have away and fold something for once. I hadn’t been there in a year and thought maybe they’d have cleaned it up.. nope, looks worse. I won’t be back. Pretty bad when you feel like you need a shower after being in there.

The sales associates at customer service and cashiers are always pleasant.However, I find it appalling that customers seem to be unable to pick up after themselves The shoe department looks like a dump.Customers, it wouldn’t kill you if you put the shoes back that you don’t want in their box and back on the shelf. Help out a bit so we can all have an enjoyable shopping experience.

This store (Nashua, NH) was a mess. My sister and I went in to do some Christmas shopping. We were overwhelmed by the amount of merchandise piled in carts and on the floor throughout the store. There were also many piles of boxed products that had just arrived needing to be put out on the floor. I hope they can get some more employees to help sort the mess. (If i lived closer, I would probably apply. Normally, I enjoy shopping at Kohls!)Our guess is that it's leftover from the chaos of Black Friday. We left without making a purchase.

Shopping at kohls yesterday, I had to sit quite often. Remember when some stores actually had places to sit down in them? Stores today just regard floor space as money makers, what they don't get is, if the customer was first, they would put benches in so you could sit and think what was missing from your list!!
