First time Customer everyone was friendly , was a bit nervous because I haven’t had an eye exam in over 10 years and because my prescription is so strong wasn’t sure that they would really be able to help me much with ordering contacts I was very wrong I got an eye exam prescription for my glasses and contacts. I was even able to walk out with a pair of contacts that I still cannot believe that they were able to give me a pair in the moment that I can actually see so good out of

Theres no way to give this place less stars.
Honestly, this store has by far the worst customer service and management I have ever experienced in my life.
We bought whole years worth of contacts and for some reason they did not put the order through. We waited for about 2 months before we were told they never out the order in and contacts are not coming in.
This has happened to us twice now. Same excuse. Im sure staff are good people but management is just terrible here. They really should have new managers. This is insane. And forgot about getting your money back. It’s like pulling teeth.
Would never recommend someone shop at this location.

Laura and her team at the LensCrafters in Nashua on DW Highway are the absolute best! She went above and beyond to fix my son’s mangled Ray-Ban’s to practically new condition. She certainly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this LensCrafters.

I recently visited Lens Crafter to replace my Meta Ray-Ban prescription glasses, and the process was exceptionally smooth and efficient. The staff and doctors were friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My eye exam was completed in under 10 minutes, and placing the order for my replacement glasses was quick and hassle-free. I was in and out the door in no time. I highly recommend Lens Crafter for their excellent service and streamlined experience.

I set up an appointment for me and my kids over a week ago and gave them all the information they asked for. After getting their they told me that I had to pay the full amount for all of our exams of I wanted to proceed. They told me I could file for reimbursement for their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The people of lencrafters are amazing. I break my glasses every now and then and they are very welcoming and they fix my problems and my glasses without any questions . Very friendly staff. 10/10 wish they would let me tip. Jess thank you, your the best!

The wife and I got our glasses here. My wife has a stigmatism so her lenses are extra thick and she found a pair she really liked. However half way through the process we were informed that the software wasn’t letting the sale go through or something like that. So the rep spoke to her manager who informed us that specific pair cannot be used because of the thickness of her lenses. That was fine we went with another pair and 2 month in and they are cracked all along the edges. After some research we figured out that she should only be using round lenses. I wonder why the doctors and staff didn’t know this? It would have saved us $400 dollars because they refused to do anything about the issue and insisted that my wife had broken them . So needless to say don’t go here. They will mislead you and then will blame you for their lack of knowledge in their own field. No way should the consumer be responsible for your manufacturing mistake .
Update the survey they attached to my review went nowhere, it’s just their failed attempt at doing damage control .

Manager was suppose to contact me but has been completed unresponsive. I have astigmatism so my lenses are thicker than the normal. I was advised to buy a pair of frames but within two months they are cracking all along the frames. When I tried to inquire for some help as to what can be done about this deficiency that came from the manufacturer they refused to acknowledge it, and please blame on me even though the frames are less than two months old. After some back and froth they finally agreed to let the technician look at my lenses and they determined that this was a manufacturer deficiency. The only thing was offered was the repurchase a new pair at full price. Definitely will not be returning and not to mention they charge almost 200 for an exam with really good insurance.
