My wife and I called the same day for an appointment and we were scheduled easily. We have been going to Lens Crafters for years but a different location. The staff at the Pheasant Lane Mall location were awesome! They looked up our insurance information amd had us in and out of there in no time. Extremely helpful young woman guided my wife and I through a large selection of frames and helped us both land on the right pair and at a great price! Thank you !

Maybe I’m in the wrong but I went this location on March 1st and when I entered both of the employees were standing at the desk on their phones. I waited a couple of minutes, one of the employees even looked up at me and didn’t say a word, went right back to looking at their phone. So I said can I get some help? The other employee came over and I explained what I was looking for they weren’t helpful at all. I told them I would look around, they said ok. They then proceeded to go back to the desk and get back on their phone. Maybe they were doing work, but it was very frustrating. I will still shop at LensCrafters but will avoid this location.

Great staff and a wonderful selection of glasses!! I got my first pair of glasses today and I didn't quite understand what my prescription meant, so the staff kindly explained each part in detail to me. I felt very informed afterward, and that made me feel much more comfortable with my purchase. Especially since glasses are kind of an investment. Speaking of price, there was an incredible sale going on where I got my glasses discounted substantially! Much better than what my insurance alone would have done. Lastly, I fell in love with a pair of Vogue glasses that were recommended to me instantly! They knew EXACTLY what would look great on me and compliment my personality! 10/10 I’m coming back here again. I’m also recommending this place to anybody who needs glasses!

Unfortunately there is no way to give this place negative stars. I have been waiting for my contacts for over three months and have yet to receive them. No communication from the store. If i haven’t called in i never would of known my order was canceled and they just kept my money. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost.

The staff are always very nice when I go there. They've been super helpful assisting me in finding the right style of glasses for me and/or in ordering my supply of contacts making the whole purchase process seamless.

Our experience with LensCrafters was disappointing from the start.Someone from LensCrafters called me from a personal cell phone to reschedule our appointment from Friday to Sunday (snow day). We had already taken a day off on Friday for the eye appointment.When we were there on Sunday, they said they don't dilate eyes on weekends, option was to go for a $30 retinal imaging fee instead. With my mom and my spouse, this totaled $90, which could have been avoided with a standard dilation.The staff's unwelcoming attitude was further exacerbated when they offered my mom an additional $10 copay on her eye exam but couldn't check her insurance on the weekend. Moreover, despite LensCrafters being in-network, they charge $70 for a contact lens fit and follow-up, exceeding the insurance coverage of $55.Frustrated by hidden charges and subpar customer service, we decided to cancel the eye appointment. This experience has left me with a strong resolve to never choose LensCrafters again.

Watch out they don't double charge you. I was told they could not credit my card, corporate needed to send me a refund check. It's been over a month. They said they would email corporate. This day & age they can't credit a card?

I called to make an appt and ask some questions about contacts etc.Kailey answered the phone with a smile in her voice and I immediately knew that the phone call was going to smoothly and be stress free.She did not disappoint!Making calls like that give me so much anxiety so it was so comforting to immediately know it wasn't gonna be stressful.Thank you Kailey
