From order to pick up, the experience was amazing. I would recommend this LensCrafters location each and every time. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and just when I thought I couldn’t get better her Manager came over and made my day even better. Keep it up.

Just had an eye exam for contacts. I was in and out and everyone was super friendly. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this location, however those reviews seem to be a few years ago. Based off of today’s visit it seems like a night and day comparison. I will be back. Doctor Tara was fantastic and so kind and courteous, not only did she help me out with the upmost care, but really included me In the process of the exam, it was fun. I’ll be back for sure.

First time here. I was neither rushed nor pressured to buy. Took my time trying on numerous frames. Once I got to 2 frame options, Stephanie helped me decide. Happy with my choice. Stephanie then walked me through options like progressive lenses, transition lenses, etc. And there was a 50% in-store discount on the lenses!! That was a big cost savings.

Brought in my bent sunglasses and they had them perfectly fixed in 10 minutes. Awesome and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this Lenscrafters.

Avoid Lenscrafters location on
225 DW Hwy by Chipotle
The staff, especially managers are rude & lie to you about your insurance benefits.
They will take you for a ride unless you are savvy about your insurance, which I was.
The one located in the mall is fine. But stay clear of the stand alone location.

I cannot say enough good things about Laura at the Lenscrafters in Nashua. She was welcoming from the first minute I came in. She is very knowledgeable in optics, as well as the product available to the customer including lens options, coatings, and frames. She made the process easy and pleasant. Laura is the reason I will be a Lenscrafters customer for life!!
