Well where due I begin since oct,18.2023 I have been having headaches and stress I purchased a whole kitchen set up and more spent a lot of money and waited as much as I could iv complained and called for a resolution and nothing the run around don't waste your money here or time they won't build the kitchen as promised and they bring your items broken and won't replace it . Don't fall for there lies and be a victim like we was and to the seller Jarilea white id: 1825272 thanks for the Fake service and promise and garrentee that never came you will be hereing from my lawyer soon. It is February 2 .2024 and nothing has been fixed or completed.

I'm have a pro account with Lowe's. Spend thousand of dollars with them a a contractor. I went to return a few items around $40 after just picking up an order for $1500. They didn't know how to look up my account with the receipt. I had my four year old with me. That was starting to stand up on the carriage. I just reprimanded her. And then the disheveled young man with a beard at customer serve ice then started to reprimand my daughter in front of me. Oh heck no! Lowe's my business is done with you!! I don't need some greasy unkept incompetent man scolding my daughter in front of me, while I am handling her and the situation. I'm additional to not knowing how to take a simple return that is on my pro account. I had to show him how to do it. What a mess.

Bought a fridge there almost 2 yrs ago. Signed a service agreement with them. BIG MISTAKE. I have a minor issue with the freezer, so I've been trying to get service. The first company was useless. The guy didn't help. Didn't show up a few times. Just had another appt. that I mistakenly canceled...because #2 typically means "no". Well, with Sears Home Service, it mean "yes" so I canceled my appt. by pressing "2". I guess I should've waited for the recording all the way through, but when you're on the phone FOREVER, you don't wait for the prompts. Can't get another appt. Lowe's was supposed to call me today. Didn't. I called them. Now, I'm waiting for someone else from another vendor to call me. NOT holding my breath. Was also told "you had an appt for Oct. 23, but it was rejected". SERIOUSLY? I asked why; the rep said there was no reason in the system. HUH? So glad I don't have a major issue...like water all over the floor or freezer/fridge not working because I don't know what I would do. NEVER sign a service agreement with big box stores. Use the mfr. or go to an appliance store and sign one with them, so you can GO THERE and talk to someone to get help.

I am REALLY UPSET. I WENT TO S. Nashua Lowe's 143 Daniel Webster Highway Nashua, NH 03060 Store #2391 To exchange something that was defective last Saturday and I told to cashier I bought it in 2021 and she told me that they'd take it back with a receipt. So today one week later I am told to wait for a manager approval- the cashier doesn't even call the manager because a woman is already waiting for the manager to come back and she'd been wait 20 minutes already. So I decided to return the rest of the stuff and the other cashier told me returns are only done within 90days. At this point I am furious because not only did I COME BACK , I WAITED FOR OVER A HALF HOUR. Unexceptible customer service!! I have a home depot in walking distance of my home, so that is where I will be doing my home improvement shopping for now on. IWILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER LOWES AGAIN!! IT HAS CHANGE WAY TOO MUCH AND FOR TGE WORST!! I am having my whole house done with new hard wood flooring and my kitchen redone - but NO LONGER WITH LOWES!!

Feel like I use their online order pickup feature just about every other day. Very good in-person shopping experience, exactly what you expect from the chain. Wish they'd carry more 5gal Primo water refill/swaps as they're frequently out on the weekends - seem to be a fairly high demand item around here.

I purchased a dryer a couple of months ago it came very quickly however the delivery guys did a terrible job one stayed outside listening to music and the other one came in with my dryer by himself with all the packaging still on and destroyed two of my door frames and scraped up my walls if he would have taken everything off outside and then came in he would have had plenty of room to do so I've tried calling the company numerous times in hopes they would put in a claim and handle the situation but they have not done so shame on a multi-million dollar company I guess I should recommend Best buy never have I had an issue like this before with other companies I'm hoping if I put enough bad reviews up they will actually handle the situation properly

What I like about Lowes is that unlike Home Depot you don't feel like you're in a warehouse, it feels like a regular store. I have had much better luck buying big ticket appliances from Lowe's than I have from HD also. The prices are better. I needed a new dryer last month and I went online to Lowes and it was delivered 2 days later. Home Depot is a 3 week wait.

Bought a washer and dryer for my business. They delivered the washer not the dryer, called and they said it will be delivered the next day. Was not. Called again and found out they had canceled my order before it was supposed to be delivered the first time. Not sure why. Reordered, and delivered. Stupidly ordered a dryer for my home. Delivered. Ordered the wrong plug, and didn’t get the clamps. Let the girl at the store know I never got the clamps and exchanged the plug. She didn’t care,
No resolution. Was $6 already had enough headaches from them. Called for install, waited on hold for over an hour, was told would get a call back within 24 hours. No call back, it’s been over 24 hours. Don’t really want to wait on hold again for another hour.

When you need help and ask someone they don't page for an associate. Go back and ask someone else, not you get an attitude and the wait continues. Still waiting 25 minutes later. If the product wasn't a Lowe's exclusive I would have left.

This place is ridiculously understaffed. I was there mid day on a Saturday. The parking lot was full and they only had one cashier working. I realized I wanted something after I went through the line, but I didn't feel like waiting in the line again, so I didn't get it. This is pretty common for them. No one answers the phone either. It's really not worth the frustration anymore Please treat your employees better.

Ok i ordered a fuel filter from Lowes because they sell craftman lawn tractors , but it never came in so after looking at my bank I noticed they put back my money so I called she told me to reorder it. Do I did. Ordered number filter say on 16 of may Monday still nothing tried canceling 2 orders on Tuesday May 17 ups contacts me saying I have 2 packages coming on Wednesday, now I was charged 3 times of $9.98 for 2 fuel filters that Lowes didn't carry charged 3 times. Than why does Lowes sell craftman lawn tractor if you can sell the most popular part in the store, Lowes need just sell lumber.

Okay. I can't believe I've been back in NH for over a year now and haven't talked about this place yet. But we'll talk about it today. And I gotta say....there's not much to say about Lowe's, really. When it comes to traditional chains such as these, the list of things I care about is a short one. Basically, it all amounts to.. 1.) Is their pickup service quick and accessible? 2.) Do they embed their Veteran discount into the digital transaction process? And that's it. Basically when it comes to places like Lowe's, Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, all of which have a propensity for being crowded as f*#k, I like to plan my expeditious escape accordingly. All I wanna do is place my order online, have it picked up or delivered with minimal human contact, and be on my merry way. This Lowe's has all that down, to include optional locker pickup. Now, my one complaint would be the same as with most places such as these and that's....the inventory. For example, I was recently in the market for a new propane tank. At the time, I thought I wanted a prefilled tank until I went with their way-easier-to-obtain empty one. Understandably, you can't buy a prefilled tank online. You have to pick those up in person for safety reasons. Except....I get to the store after confirming via their website that these were, indeed, in stock...only to not find them anywhere on the shelf. My guess is you have to painstakingly ask for a rep to maybe dig in the back of their storage room somewhere and rise from the depths of hell with your newly prefilled propane tank. But as they say on the street, "ain't nobody got time for dat". So, I went with the empty one and had it filled at another location. That's actually the easiest, cheapest way to go about this. Oh, I also appreciate the fact this location has Veteran's parking, even though I never use it. Any business that goes out of their way to support Veterans automatically gets extra kudos in my book. With that, I'm giving Lowe's on Daniel Webster 4 easy access pickup lockers out of 5.

Went to the Nashua Garden Center on Daniel Webster. They have great sales on plants but since I have a bad shoulder, Im not able to lift or carry much. As I stood there frustrated & contemplating what to do, an employee "Kyle" came by and asked me if I needed any help. I told him I needed help lifting a bag of soil and some plants onto my cart. He told me no problem. He lifted the heavy bag & plants I wanted onto the cart and even pushed it to the front register for me. I paid and he told me to go get my car and pull it up and he would load them into my car. If it hadnt been for Kyles helpfulness I would have never been able to make my purchase. He was so helpful and friendly and I left there relieved I was able to buy what I did.

I tried to purchase a garden tractor for 4k from this location. After searching what I needed I found the store with in stock listings. Called customer service to confirm then drove an hour with trailer to bring it home. I can look past the fact that no one there knows anything about the mower, or even has the time to talk to me about, I did my own research and was not expecting the level of service one would expect from a dealer. However when I got there they didn't actually have it. They stated they should have 2 , but they really only have one with a flat tire and they cannot find the other one. Ironically hours later they still have 2 in stock and if you call customer service they will say there are 2 there. This will be the last time I try to buy something from Lowes, I have had multiple issues with appliances from them over the years and every time I overlook it and go back I just get burned again and again. They honestly do not deserve to be a distributor for the Husqvarna TS354xd or similar products with that level of incompetence.
