Terrible!! Stay away from this awful place! Run away! I've been waiting for a dishwasher since September. I paid for it up front. They don't even know what happened! I've had nothing but problems with Lowes!

I tried to return an electrical water heater that turned to be tall. I had just bought it out of the Nachua store, but they wouldn't take it because it was out of the box. I told them I still had the box, but I had to cut it to take the water heater out. I'm very disappointed that they would take it back.

Didn't have all I needed. Had to go to another retailer. Also, employees seemed to avoid eye contact, i suppose to prevent having to give assistance.

THIS IS AN UPDATE OF MY WINDOW INSTALL.
Lowes finally got the installer to come out and install the last window. They were supposed to install the window and 3 missing screens. They did install the window but the screens were wrong again. This project was completely mis managed and unprofessional. I would get random phone calls saying they were coming to install a door or an oven and one time they said they had my hardwood floors. Absolutely amazing that they could screw up so bad. I ordered 8 windows and it took 11 months and it’s still not done. I had one call where they asked if they could just give me a refund for the missing window and screens. So rather than finish the job they wanted to refund for a single window and screens. Unreal.
The end result is I end up with 8 windows where 2 are different color than the others. I ordered all black exterior with white inside. 6 are black 2 are white. Apparently the guy who submitted the ordered messed up and Lowes will not hold themselves accountable for the mess up because he wrote the contract wrong. This is absolutely horrible on Lowes part. Who would order 2 different color windows?
Anyway I’m not holding my breath for this being resolved because I honestly don’t think Lowes cares because at the end of the day they got paid.
Now I’m sure they have success stories but believe me when I tell you that if it goes bad they don’t care and so far have not done anything to help the situation. All they have done is cause stress in my house and caused me to loose about 10 days of work along the way.

Absolutely horrendous company. My wife started working here and her second shift, had a seizure (she has epilepsy, a legal disability) and informed them she had to miss a day or two of work. She went back to work today (thursday) and was promptly FIRED for being "not dependable" due to the fact she had to miss work. Keep in mind, they KNEW she had a disability and still fired her. Illegal practices. I will be following up with an attorney as I contacted the store and corporate was told I'd get a call back and never did. Disgusting.
"We need someone dependable, that needs to be able to walk , not be out randomly etc."

I had an item ordered (a grill), that it was going to take one week guarantee, and when the day came, they had a delay on the order from a "vendor".
I did explain to Lowes that doesn't matter if it comes from a different vendor, as I purchase through them, it's their responsibility if they will be delivering on time or not. I don't know that some items are from different vendors, otherwise I would purchase directly from them instead of making Lowes a middle man.
They couldn't help me in any way in order to get my item on time, I took time off work in order to be home for the delivery (that they cancelled on the same day)
Horrible experience with such simple item

I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!
