“My experience at UPS store in Nashua, excellent experience. The young lady, was able to provide me with all the information? I need I was shipping some hats. And she took the time to measure the hats and everything to put them in the right size box, so they went get crushed. Very impressed, with the time she took to do it i thank her for the help.”

I Had 5 stupid amazon returns & had to print some labels also there was 3 people in line ahead of me and They worked so fast and efficient it wss amazing I was in there 3 mins even with the line 🙌”

“I am surprised to see all of the negative comments and reviews. I have been going to this UPS store for years and the gentleman there is always very nice. Just busy. I even went there one time needing a notary public to sign an application paper to obtain a proper license for a job with the Massachusetts CCC and he did it for free. I am in that store once a week and have never had a problem. Sometimes people just have bad days. Maybe these people encountered him on a bad day IDK. I will actually be going there on Monday with a very large box and expect nothing but professionalism from him. I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the man that runs the UPS store in the variety store is one solid guy. Don’t listen to all these haters. They must have a personal vendetta against this man.”

“Everytime i 've been there they gave been courteous, kind, and helpful with all my packaging@ questions. Sometimes it gets very busy, but the staff doesn't get grumpy or rattled! The parking is alittle tight sometimes but its really just for a few seconds i think because people are coming and going, not shopping @ lingering.”
