I have gone to this place twice trying to upgraded my cellphone but both times I wasn't able to do so. First time the guy told me they didn't have Samsung phones available and the second time when I went again the girl told me I was not qualified to get the upgraded rebate and couldn't explain to me why. I was so disappointed because I've been with metro for almost 10 yrs.??

I've been a customer for many years. As a matter of fact when I got my first smart phone it was through them. I am very displeased with them because they don't seem to take care of their loyal customers. They take better care of new customers and those switching carriers. Meanwhile those that have been with them for a long time don't really get any perks. We get what's called an upgrade which is a discount, but it's a petty discount of mere dollars. Most companies give you the option to pick a phone and make payments on it monthly. They just now started doing that and it took them forever but you have to meet a certain criteria which is absolutely wrong. Needless to say, I finally left them and I'm glad I did!

They never answer the phone, I've called multiple times on different days and not once have they answered the phone. Staff are nice and helpful though when you you show up.

Terrible customer service, would not recommend anyone go here.Took my mom in 2 weeks ago to get a new phone, she wanted the same phone my sister has. Guy told us they didn’t have that one anymore but they had the upgraded version, cool. My mom then asks for a case and screen protector. The guy spent like 20 minutes trying cases on this phone and couldn’t find one that fit so told us to come back in a few days and he would have one. She went back 2 days later, he still didn’t have one. We ordered 2 offline, they also did not fit. Today my mom got a text and the phone vibrated so hard it fell off the table and shattered. When she went into the store the guy who had originally sold it to her hid behind the building and let some girl take care of my mom. She basically just told her that she’s SOL, didn’t even ask her for the phone number to check and see if she had purchased insurance (she had), and then told her that she would have to pay full price to purchase ANOTHER phone because she had just utilized her “upgrade”. She also argued with my mom saying that the reason we couldn’t get cases was because this was the “2020” version of the phone and was discontinued, even though the guy told us it was the recent version when he sold it and the production date on the box the phone came in was 05/02/2022.She was able to go to a corporate store in Lowell and get it taken care of, but I would not recommend anyone go to this location ever.
