10:20 am I'm here waiting for the store to open, and the information that opens at 10:00 am is on the website. It also doesn't have a nice environment, a lot of dust and mess.

If it is showing that they are open means somebody should be there at store. I waited for almost 30 minutes but nobody showed up. Useless service.

Absolutely useless. Called if they had a particular phone and if they could add my wife to my plan. They said yes. When I got there not only did they not have the phone but gave the run around about adding my wife to my plan.

Was forced to buy accessories to avail of the iPhone port in promo. Also forced to buy insurance and the 65/mo plan. Called corporate customer service after and was told this should not be the case. They refused to speak to corporate customer service

I needed to change my plan, as I came to the kiosk, two of the employees walked out it and left me waiting on the girl who was already busy attending another customers.

Never go to this place. They ripped me off - they charged $30 just to change my old iPhone 6s to new iPhone 8 plus bought at apple store. The lady told that Metro just changed the rule that we have to pay that amount whenever phone is changed. I called 611 later to check on this and found that this is a free service. What a business they are in.
