Never go to this place. They ripped me off - they charged $30 just to change my old iPhone 6s to new iPhone 8 plus bought at apple store. The lady told that Metro just changed the rule that we have to pay that amount whenever phone is changed. I called 611 later to check on this and found that this is a free service. What a business they are in.

This place is a SCAM.. the owner is a true b******* artist.. they took my credit card info to purchase a new phone, but by the end of the convo I was very suspicious and told this man to cancel my order then I left. They decided to charge my card anyways, actually about 7 times [up to almost $500 total] I had to cancel my card and get a new debit card but I also had to go to my bank to fill out a bunch of papers to report the fraud. I will be pressing charges... and I would hate to see this happen to someone else, so beware. I have reported this to the mall, who were super nice, and also complained to MetroPCS corporate office who were very rude and made it seem like this was my fault, and like their store had done nothing wrong. I'm thinking it's time my family switch to a different cell phone carrier..
