Well, long story short, I finally had a chance to step in and witness this for myself. The entire team was responsive and extremely professional and I left with my issue resolved. “Love this place! Had my car detailed and it looks like new. I also signed up for their monthly carwash pass. For $34.99 it pays so I can go in everyday if I want and also received a $50 credit on the car detail because I signed up. The pass is for the top of the line wash, not just a basic wash. My Lexus is 10 years old and it looks so good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Update 2026!! I'll tell you why you should choose , This dealership. Everyone is nice when its new and you can see my previous review to know how I feel. But I'll tell you the integrity of this place, past 5+ years still Loving my car (I change every 100k). My car was 1 hr away in my other office and I felt the car was not driving right and I felt uncomfortable driving. I called these guys and they came out to take the car from my MA office. Did a thorough check up to make sure its safe and delivered it back a few days later. This is with no additional waranty or nothing. I just told them I didnt feel safe driving. I think I got a deal but I dont care cause THIS IS VALUE!! Thank you all!
I Love this dealership!!! This is my second car there. The previous old GM was weird and I’m glad they realized. The new cayenne coupe GTS was an absolute pleasure to order!
