My recent visit to Old Navy was completely ruined by the store manager, Jeff. I had a simple question about an exchange I needed to make, but when I approached him for assistance, he blatantly ignored me. I stood near him for several minutes while he paced around the store even though I politely said, “Excuse me,” twice, he didn’t even glance up or acknowledge me.
When I tried again, he walked away without saying a word. I thought maybe he hadn’t heard me, so I followed him to the register area and asked for help again, but he just waved his hand dismissively as if I wasn’t worth his time. I ended up getting help from another associate, who was much kinder, but the fact that a store manager could be so unprofessional and outright rude is unacceptable.

The hiring manager was highly unprofessional. During the interview, he promised to notify us by Wednesday at the latest but failed to follow through. We were left waiting, which hindered our ability to pursue other opportunities. Ultimately, we had to call ourselves, only to find out we had been rejected which took crucial time away from us finding a job in time for the holidays.

I went here recently to get a new winter hoodie/sweater for the season. I almost found the perfect one, but alas it was not meant to be. A lady with blonde hair (I don't know her name) was very and super friendly. She's helped me before.
the blond haired lady left the hoodie at the front counter while she attended to other tasks so I could get help from the male/female attendant to order the larger size online.
However, when I approached the counter - the young male attended finished with his older female customer and immediately walked away ignoring me. It's not the first time I've been there and he's done that to me. I find his behavior extremely unprofessional. I'd also like to add while I was busy waiting he was busy bragging to the older woman about how many discounts he gets as an employee of Old Navy.
Moving forward...the young male employee then walks off to do god knows what. He was gone for a bit and in the meantime I did get help from a dark haired female employee. She was fantastic. While she was helping me the young male employee returned because a line started to build.
The male employee started to give the female employee angry and ugly looks because she was helping me to try to place an online ship to store instead of taking care of the line. Out of courtesy and respect for the other customers I told her to wait and take care of the other customers and I also made a remark about the looks he was giving us.
The other blonde haired employee came up there to help me and we discovered together the item was no longer available. I was thankful for her help and the help of the other female's help. I was however turned off by this latest experience. From now on I'm either going to order only online or drive out of my way to another Old Navy.
I am very repulsed by my experience.

Thought the store was kinda unorganized or messy hard to find stuff the clearance section is overwhelming to go through. The manager, Jeff, is super nice and helpful. Sometimes I go here, and the line is super long, and cashires are not quick, and other times, it goes by fast. Didn't have much for flip-flop selection, and I had to order my son's clothing online, so I picked out what I wanted for him.and they ordered it in another size was helpful. Cashier was efficient this day and knowledgeable in what he was doing, I love the baby clothing and toddlers bjt now that my daughter is 8 there seems to be not much to choose from for her which is disappointing to me it's a hit or miss for me when I go here. I haven't found anything for myself to wear here. The clothing is too weird for me and shaped weirdly. So, I never have any luck getting clothing here in years for myself .

A really wide selection of clothes for everyone and all age groups. The materials of the products were mostly pleasant and the prices were also acceptable, not to mention the products on sale.
