I get my blood drawn here rather than waiting forever at Dartmouth. You make an appointment and show up! They draw blood and do urine analysis. I'm a difficult draw, but they've always been able to get my blood, unlike Dartmouth and St Joe's Hospital. They have an app you can use to see your results. And their results always come quickly!

While I typically go to Quest in Bedford, I scheduled an appointment at the Nashua location due to a doctor’s appointment in the area. I waited over 45 minutes and had to leave to make it to my appointment without having my fasting blood work drawn. It appears part of the issue is that there are more appointments scheduled per ten minute time slot than there are phlebotomists working.

Went with my mom to do some important labs today, and have to leave because they did not understand the insurance card. Very disappointed

If i could give a 0 star i would have! They are always short staffed & their website and phone system are terrible. When I try to contact by phone it is impossible and it is only robots and no way to talk to an actual human. Made me wait for more than 1.5 hours and still i was far behind in the queue. I would recommend this place if you dont have any plans for the rest of the day because YOUR DAY WILL BE RUINED!

the lobby specialist Amber was a real treat. She just stares blankly through you as if you aren’t there and when asked a question, offers little to no help answering it before she goes back to blankly staring at her computer and pretending to type on her keyboard. After I literally had to check myself in I found myself wondering what the point of having her there was at all ? god bless

The Phlebotomist that attended me (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was amazing, could not feel the pinch, seems like she has been doing this for a very long time. Extremely gentle hands and an amazing personality, makes you feel comfortable through the entire time! thank you so much!

I’d like going there because I made my appointment and they were right on time even though they were running behind if you had an appointment you were pretty much on time they were quick and they did a great job

The phlebotomist Mark was great. He was able to get the blood draw on his 1st try without causing pain. He billed my insurance on the spot.
However, the wait was ridiculous, I had an appointment and still had to wait 30+ minutes. People on the standby list had been there for 3 HOURS.
