How can you refuse somebody that has a check drawn on their bank by a customer of theirs to be able to access those phones because you don’t have enough money you absolutely should have enough money you’re a bank that is holding your customers money that is trying to pay another person That you are denying unacceptable

They get 5 stars most days but the drive up ATM always has issues or is empty.Edit: they put a new ATM in so I am giving them a 5 star now

We drove the (new) seven mies to Exit 4 just to deposit a weekly check, but the ATM was not yet Installed. So we tried the bank entrance door but it was locked.We could no longer use the Hollis machine as it's been closed for several days. So our five active accounts with Santander are locked out.A ATM installer showed us how to open the entrance door with our bank card, and the teller promptly made all our transactions. Then we drive (the new) return 7 Miles back home.So we hope the new bank gets fully up and running. Seeing the old familiar staff would be also nice.
