Employees do not care about anyone, the store is setup for employees convenience not buyers. I waited for a very long time to use the bathroom that is not labeled as a bathroom, No one came to (unlock) the bathroom. This was sudden onset diarrhea if I did nor live 3 mins away I would not gave made it. It's is incredibly deranged to not have functioning easily accessible bathroom.

This store is getting worse, Savers no longer affiliate with any charity organizations, they are ALL for profits. They sell "well-used" Dollar Tree items at above DT prices, some double the price. After reading the review for the other reviewer, I'd rather donate and shop at a local church rummage sale.

Dropped off a car load of items yesterday. You pull up and don’t even have to leave car if you don’t want. I got out, helped the man with my stuff and then had a great conversation on a beautiful Fall day. Service was great by Artie, I got a receipt handed to me immediately, felt that my donation was appreciated and left feeling happier and lighter! I’ve also shopped here previous and was happy with their prices and selection.

Was at the store on 9/27/23 and was rudely spoken to by an employee. I didn’t think much of it but then she decided to follow me around the store and make aggressive comments towards me like, "I know who you are" and "I’m gonna record you" for absolutely no reason at all. Decided to approach the manager and was told it, "was the second complaint of the night" she received on that employee which kinda makes me question why the employee wasn’t dealt with sooner. I haven’t felt racially profiled a lot in my life but this was definitely an instance of it and it really discourages me from visiting a store I frequent often. Do better.

Wow not only are you not allowed to take a cart out of the store mo matter how much or heavy your purchase is but when a disabled person asks for help and is told “nobody can help you” blows my mind. I didn’t buy a couch it was like 3 bags.Customers even the disabled ones who are worthless in Savers eyes keep your doors open and employees employed. So very overpriced will never return

I used to love thrifting this store, however their prices are no longer "thrifting prices." Children's clothes are outrageous. Multiple times I looked up clothes/items from target/Walmart/Amazon and they were cheaper then savers! For used clothes, this place is wild with their prices. I think savers is forgetting your stuff is donated!!

I have often donated to Savers in Nashua. Today I brought a crib and other various items to donate. The person ubloading them dragged the pieces of the crib on the ground and scratched the paint off of one corner. He also was too lazy to carry the pack and play so he kicked it aling the cement and got the cover all dirty. He leaned the pieces of the crib against a box that had 2 lamps on top of it. One of the lamps toppled over and broke, so he kicked the pieces of the crib in anger.

Stop giving this lace your donations and money! If you read the reviews and continue to go there, you're part of the problem. The employees do not give a F about you or your things.Prices are the exact same for items that can otherwise be purchased brand new at another store.

The fact they have no dressing room is a real scam, you can’t try something on to make sure it fits and you can’t return it either they only do exchanges! They use to have dressing rooms I don’t know why they decided to get rid of them.

Ridiculously overpriced. Polo shirts $11 bc they’re Ralph Lauren? Used jeans $20? LOL. They are a FOR PROFIT business that gets FREE INVENTORY. Walmart must be sooooo jealous LOL.

Went to make a first time donation. When we got there, the two employees did not greet us or smile. We started removing boxes. We handed one to each of the two and removed more boxes, placing them on the ground.Apparently, one of them had said "DON'T PUT THEM ON THE GROUND" from in the garage. My Mother is hard of hearing. He stormed over as she was putting the box down to say, "I SAID NOT TO PUT THEM ON THE GROUND", My Mother was bewildered and said "Why?" And he repeated, "don't put them on the ground" My Mother look around and said, "I don't see a sign?" Reminder, this is both our FIRST TIME dropping off donations at this location. Then he said, "HOW WOULD YOU LIKE PICKING THINGS UP ALL DAY?" And that's when I told him, "You don't have to be RUDE!"After that, he lost it. He told us to take our stuff and leave. I said, "No, we are dropping off our donations" He said, "No I don't want it!" I continued to remove items. Then he said, "leave or I am calling the police." I told him to go ahead, I know that we were not in the wrong. He radioed another employee (who must've been inside), "to call the police, we have an unruly customer." Then I got extremely insulted. By NO MEANS were we being unruly in the SLIGHTEST. We came to drop of donations, so we were going to; he was just extremely RUDE.He wouldn't give me his name. I asked him for his manager and he said, "I AM the Manager." I told him I wanted the store manager and he says, "I am the highest ranking manager that works here." I obviously knew that was not true. My mother said we will not be donating here ever again (and it was only our first time!) He said, "that's fine we don't need it." Absolutely no pride or work ethic. Two women employees came out to join us. As I explained to her, everything I said, he just kept yelling, "She's lying, she's a liar." The woman asked what I wanted her to do.She said, "pull up and I will go check the cameras." We parked and went in.I waited at the front. Once she was there, I went over to her and she stared at me. I said, "Hi, I am the girl from out back (donation center)" she said "I know." She didn't say anything else; it was like she had already completely forgotten what she said she'd do. I asked, "Did you look at the cameras?" She said, "and what would I get from that?" I was baffled. I told her "so you can see how he treated us, how unprofessional he was talking to us" and she told me that the cameras don't pick up sound. I have no idea why she offered it.I asked her, then what do I do? She kept saying and pointing out everything WE did wrong. She said WE should've ASKED if we can put it on the ground. I told her that there are NO signs with instructions or stating NOT to put things down. It's literally impossible for anyone to know... she kept saying "you should've asked". I told her that we thought we were being COURTEOUS by helping. Again, she said, "you should have asked." No shed of empathy or sincerity to her face. All the blame was on us.Why would we care if we can't put a box on the ground? What would WE get out of making a problem from dropping off donations? Absolutely nothing. We only had a problem with the rudeness of the employee. By no means, did we want to start a problem. But the way he treated us like criminals for PUTTING A BOX ON THE GROUND is completely foolish. How can people be SO mean? We just wanted to help, we just wanted to make a donation.Probably the worst part, this Employee from out back in the donation area walked to the front of the store to listen to our conversation; "disguising" it as picking up the donation bin from the front, which was 1/4 full and stayed there to watch. This wasn't the last time. He walked down one of the shoe aisles near us and just watched

Always used to have a good experience but no more the last two times I went to savers to drop off donations and walk around in the store and see if there was anything interesting I purchase an outdoor Christmas item for the front yard that was fully boxed and tape when I brought it home and open the box it was full of trash the more recent time I went to drop off donations which over the years since this location has been open I donated lots of items and purchase items I would say at least in $1000 range or more manager, for the donation was totally in considerate of my disability, and did everything he can to make things more difficult for me because I did not have the table leg screwed on two tables. He wanted me to go up a far distance away to screw the legs on and bring them back, which would’ve made it difficult to me, I told him I have a disability he ignored. It didn’t care and said he would take all of my donations and I could take them back and leave. I found this to be very disrespectful. I will never go back and never donate there ever again I repeat I have donated there since the very first opening and purchase items that will not do it anymore. I’ve had enough.

Donations here are so easy, everyone has always been super helpful and nice. I appreciate that. The prices here have gone up which is a shame but I’ve never run into anyone rude at all, and for that I give it 5 stars.
