Don't need to be scolded for following the rules by an employee who seems to have a major attitude issue. I found out his name is Lou. Other than that the experience was fine.

This place is a mess. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. Are where the trailers are... when your paying for your time to use one you'd like them to know where it is...

Please hire humans!!! The after 7pm vehicle return process requires using a smart phone (which makes you take pictures and input all the information YOURSELF) SUCKS!
