12/4/2024 UPDATE: I received a response from Sephora indicating that they will provide feedback to the location I patronized. I am adding a star since I appreciate the follow up from the company, so from 2 to 3 stars.
I shop at Sephora because of the generous return policy. Most items I keep but some I return. The staff at this location should read the return policy and lose the attitude: "If you are not completely satisfied with a Sephora purchase ...for any reason, Sephora welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund..." Perhaps Bedford will be a more sophisticated shopping experience.

I had great service and although this Sephora does not carry Mac products (-1 star) I found an amazing substitude. Carla was especially nice and very helpful, she deserves 5 stars!

I don't bother coming here anymore, because the 3 times I have, I was harassed by every employee working to get a membership. I understand you require them to push this on customers, but when they become overbearing and visibly angry when you decline, that's unacceptable. Rolling your eyes and shaking your head at me when I say "no thank you" is not customer service. Seeing me be harassed by your coworker, then running over to do the same thing to me, is not okay. I was approached by 4 separate people last time, until I finally just walked out without buying anything because I couldn't stand it anymore. I was literally being pushed out because I didn't want a membership.

Overrun by 10 year old and pre teens. I'd rather go to Ulta where they're not even sure what a woman is than wade through a zoo of small children ruining displays and taking products they do not need.

Serena gave me the best Sephora experience of my life!
I’ve been to this Sephora several times looking for help with skincare, but never felt that my questions were answered or felt confident enough in a product to really invest. Until Serena helped me. She asked questions, listened, and assessed my skin. She really felt that I’d benefit from a hydro facial that can be done right in the store for only $60. I had no intention of getting a facial when I walked into the store, and in fact, I’d never had one before. But I was very excited. Serena explained the entire process while she carefully sanitized everything. We had pleasant conversation and she checked in with me frequently. I’ll spare you the disgusting details, but I cannot believe how much came out of my face. I looked 5 years younger INSTANTLY. I’ve never seen instant results like that in skincare. When I went home, even my husband noticed and commented that my pores looked “20 times smaller.” And they did. She also went through aftercare with me.
After my facial, she put together a great skincare routine for me based on my skin’s needs that were full of quality products. I left with a ton of stuff and I couldn’t be more excited to use it all.
After THAT, she helped me pick out other makeup products and informed me that I would do best with a winter palette (which completelyyy changed the game for me). We picked out products around that, and She couldn’t have been more right.
I will definitely be making appointments with her every month and encourage anyone to do the same!

Kelly was GREAT! It was the first day of Mass. break and the store had plenty of tweens/teens but she was still kind to everyone she spoke with. She helped me find a replacement for my usual moisturizer and was a pleasure to chat with. I’ve been to a few Sephora’s recently but the customer service here - from Kelly and the whole team - has been the best by far.

No customer service. Instead they stare and give looks while talking to other coworkers. I had to make a return. I specifically asked for it to be put on a gift card or just return the product. Clearly she didn’t care. Gave me a store merchandise credit card. Which I wouldn’t care about as I was just basically exchanging for something else. The shelves were almost empty but draws below were full I did try to shop but being the mall, extremely packed and very uncomfortable. I’m only assuming because it’s busy your employees just follow people around and stare at them to prevent theft which I get but Jesus talk about uncomfortable. I walked out. Figured I could just go to a Kohl’s/Sephora store instead. Came home to find out the card they provided does not allow me to do so or even use it on the Sephora app or online. Now I have no choice but to go back. It’s an hit or miss here.

Extremely dissatisfied in the huge lack of customer service this morning. 11am on a Tuesday..myself and 1-2 other customers in store at one time. I walked around and picked up some items for about a half hour, maybe longer. The only time I was acknowledged was when I was up near the register and the nice cashier asked if I was all set before approaching. 3 staff members hanging around up front couldn’t even be bothered to apologize when one was standing in front of the travel perfume display I was trying to look at, never mind even acknowledge i was in the store. The only time they cared to say anything was when i was walking out of the store being told to have a nice day. I get there’s the big sale but it wasn’t at all busy and items were not restocked. I helped myself to some items in the drawers underneath when looking for my (hopefully) correct shade and found them to be full but shelf empty. I did a big online order for the rouge sale but wanted some help choosing a new concealer and foundation to try but did not feel comfortable at all requesting help from the staff that couldn’t be bothered to even approach me or move from their social circle. I have worked in a retail setting that requires service to customers for 15+ years, I understand how to help customers, etc from what I have always expected from in store at Sephora but did not receive that in the slightest today so much so that I felt I needed to leave a review… super disappointed.

Hire employees who can do basic math. I literally had to yell at your store employee for giving my mother the incorrect change back and they stood there arguing with me saying they were right. I had to whip out my phone and prove it out that the cashier was wrong.
