Used to be my only spot for fueling. Last week when I stopped by, I grabbed a bottle of water as I knew it was complimentary for rewards members. When I tried to leave out of habit (never having had to pay for these), the attendant yelled at me as if I was a thief. I clarified what was happening and that was that. Today I went again, now knowing that waters were not complimentary anymore I grabbed a coffee. Well, and problem. So I politely asked Jeff, the attendant on duty on 2/21/25, around 10pm, to please forward my feedback to his manager, so that his manager could float it up the chain and so on. I explained I no longer had any incentive to come here, since there's cheaper gas literally 0.5 mile down the road, and I wouldn't get any benefits. His reply was "that's ok, we're a very busy gas station". To me that sounds like "we don't need your business anyway". What I would have liked to hear is "I'm sorry, I can see your point of view and I'll communicate to my manager you're disappointed not getting complimentary beverages anymore". I would have come back a few months from now to try again. As it is, I'll never step foot inside a Nouria ever again, and I will recount this story to family and friends and discourage them from visiting as well.

My first time in NH from RI and I stopped here for gas on the way home. The store had a nice selection of items and the woman who was working was very kind and polite.

As an uber driver i had a pick up at the shell gas staition at around 11 pm aug 24th i pulled into the parking lot to find my rider within a minute of being there i was greeted my a hevey set red haired woman who was screaming across the parking lot that i couldent park where i was. Fyi the gas staition was nearly empty and i wasent blocking anyone. but instead of being professonal she chose to scream and yell like why if i was going to go in ...why would i? She was belligerent and exreamly rude after picking up my passengers they informed me that she was rude to them aswell as customers ..look i realize people have good and bad days. But this woman was was un professonal at best

Nice lady but said the owner is a requiring masks beyond the executive orders and not respecting medical exemptions. The sign on the door also falsely claims masks are required by law.

I bought white owls, 30 of them. And I only received 19. I paid 50 DOLLARS FOR THAT. They have neglected the issue 100% and decline my calls. And when I show up their excuse is “they haven’t checked the cameras”. Lazy workers !!

This is in a good location just before the RT 3 southbound ramp. However access to the gas station is a little quirky. There is a one-way loop where you first have to go clockwise around the back of the gas station before you can get to the pumps. Some people don't follow the signs and you end up with a bit of congestion and confusion at the pumps.
