About Shell
Shell is recognized as the world's #1 Mobility Retailer, providing quality motor fuels, including Shell V-Power® NiTRO+ Premium Gasoline, at around 12,000 fueling stations across the U.S. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond. One customer shared an experience where employees assisted after an injury, offering ice, water, and help with gas. Another customer praised a worker who skillfully helped unlock a frozen gas cap with WD-40. The car wash service is generally good, although there was a complaint about the tire shine not meeting expectations. In this instance, a manager took the initiative to resolve the issue personally. While most reviews highlight the friendly atmosphere, there was a mention of rudeness from one employee during a specific visit. Overall, Shell is noted for its customer service and dedication to ensuring a positive experience, with additional benefits like Fuel Rewards® and an app for convenient services.

She'll is always my place to get gas. It's less expensive than other stations and the pumps are accessible and works well.

I would give it 5 stars, but I bought a gift card and it didn't work. This is the third time this has happened to me, and I've already lost $70.
