T mobile stores have fallen a long way. They flat out lie to get you to file insurance rather than absorb the cost of allowing a warranty exchange. Luckily the phone rep was very helpful. Love tmobile service but store are shady and dishonest! They lied and asked me I leave for saying so.

I have never seen such terrible customer service. I am an existing customer and had come here to enquire on phone upgrades. Despite I being the only customer in the store there was ZERO patience with the staff. Plain right rude responses, 1 word responses and a mocking tone. When I asked him if he was okay, his response was "next question"! Walked out of the store immediately and wanted nothing to do with him (Joe).Just 5 minutes from here there is a tmobile store at "310 Daniel Webster Hwy Space 222, Nashua, NH 03060", highly recommend you go there. Difference of day and night in the service quality. Walked out of this store with 3 new phones and a new line.Also looking at some of the other recent reviews, they are all poor and have had somewhat similar experiences. BEWARE!

Jose is the only one with knowledge and ready to help. Only he knows how to talk to customers.Rest of the Staff are highly incompetent. I went there mentioning one of the promotions on my plan. The staff who were “helping” me mentioned that I don’t have any promotions on my plan since I got transferred from sprint. They were very confident and repeated that my plan doesn’t have any promotions. One of then even mentioned she worked 19 years for sprint and was pretty sure about it. She used technical words too. The way they communicated was rude. I logged into my plan and showed them that I’m eligible which is when they tried helping me.I highly advice people to not even consider this store. There are other t mobile stores within 5 minute driving range.

One of the worst time I spent here. Came at 1.30 noon and left at 4.30 , no one is responsible to take care of customers, letting them to wait for such long long time. This is not a park to spend time here. I asked them to helping me out with network port issues, they kept on saying " keep waiting will let you know ". This is the worst behavior in this T-mobile.

To lose 6 new lines of service simply because your employee Joelito can't help running his mouth is ridiculous. When I finally called him out after the 5th moronic comment, your man asked me \\\"What you can't take it?\\\" and I was too heated to actually answer at that moment. On retrospect let me reply. One I didn't come to your store to \\\"take it\\\" from you. What I came for was 6 new lines of service. Two, and maybe more importantly, you never know who your talking too. As I write this I'm sitting at Sky Meadow Country Club ready to host a charity event sponsored by our dealership. I've been in Sales in the Nashua area for 30+ years. How many people do you think I will share this once in a lifetime horrendous experience with? Lastly, and this is to whoever runs this store, can you afford to keep employees like this? When I left your store we were the only customers there. My wife and I drove .6 miles to the mall store and it was packed. All though we had to wait we were treated professionally and respectfully and as the consumer thats all we were looking for.

I got a new phone and didn't notice the screen was barely cracked until later that night when I was showing my gf the phone. Must've been a return and they were upset with me because of another issue I had with them prior to this visit. I went in there very irate due to an unrelated issue with Customer Support. They were very nice though and tried to help me. Maybe the phone wasn't intentional. Not sure. Not really sure how I feel about this place...so I'll give it a 3 star review. BTW, the phone that I got is the newest Samsung Z 4 Fold. Due that unseen crack when I got it at the store, now the screen has a long crack after I dropped it.

Amazing customer service. Came in 2 minutes before closing (did not know) to grab and upgrade phone. In and out in 5 minutes and happily waited for me.

Staff is rude. They don't listen to the requirements but continuously asks for a hard enquiry on credit. After waiting for 1 hour the staff have the audacity to talk rudely and ignoring requirement of the customers.

The management team is very awful. They only think about making a sale and not what’s best for the customer. Took advantage that my mother spoke little English and belittled her. Will be switching my whole family to Comcast due to this horrible experience.

Do not trust this store with your phone. We just went for battery replacement in working phone, and came back to pick up broken phone. They told us device was “corroded” and cannot be fixed. They broke my device, lost all my data, lied, on top of trying to throw of my partner out of store when he confronted, and tried to preach me “to be respectful” and not raise my voice. Regional Service Centre Manager Sam procured and offered new iPhone 8 after few weeks. I just want my own phone fixed and my data restored. From bottom to top there is no apology from store for trauma they caused. I just wanted my battery fixed so I can save my data. I can buy my own device. My phone is not corroded and was working. I have proof, but I don’t understand how and why T-Mobile Nashua staff decided to lie, coverup, and blame? Device is NOT important, my DATA my memories IS. From bottom to top everyone supported lie until we went with proof otherwise.Jose, being honest and compensating customer for damage you caused is not “high standard,” it is basic business ethics. I am not going to take iPhone that you conjured up from somewhere since it is not even manufactured anymore. You, Sam, your technician, store manager all are involved in this. I was trying to avoid going to law for help, but without lawsuit and police report you won’t understand.
