Tried to get an inspection sticker they said they would fail me because of my roll bar lights on the truck. It had came that way from factory and there was no issues with the lights, guys were pretty rude about it

Got my car inspection done here, and it was easy enough. I called at 8:30 and they got me in by 11:30. The worker estimated 1 hour, however, I didn't get a call back until 2 1/2 hours later. He said they miscommunicated and didn't get the notification it was ready after an hour. No problem, things happen

My battery shorted out at night at this gas station. The attendants let me leave my car over night and had the car looked at by the service station in the morning. By 9 am my car had been assessed and by 3pm it was ready for pick up. They could not have been more helpful and convenient for a reasonable price.

Don't go there. Dishonest inspectors!!!
I used to go there for state inspection sticker until the guy tried to fail my car for the inspection and asking to do unnecessary and expensive repair to my car to pass inspection!! I usually fix my car my self and only going to the shop if I need an inspection sticker so I knew exactly what he was talking about and I knew he was trying to rip my off. Of course, I denied the repair work and took my car to another shop and don't be surprised!! my car passed the inspection with not a single thing done to the car!!!
So, honesty is the way to gain trust and doing business not lying!!!
Don't waste your money and time there!!

Would absolutely not recommend these guys. They charge 30% higher than any other garage in the area...I asked around after the fact. They charge dealership prices with none of the perks. Take your vehicle to a more reputable garage for any work you need done.

Brought the Honda Accord in for car pulling to the right and upon inspection it was determined that the left rear caliper was"stuck" and so I gave I ok to fix. Luciano showed me the left rear wheel not spinning as freely as the right.Couple of hours later at home I received a phone that the problem was the two rear wheel bearings, two rotors and a set of brake pads for the rear. I said "go ahead and fix the problem". So when I cleaned my wheels the following Monday I notice three scratches from taking off the lug nuts Why was the right rear wheel bearing replaced along with pads and rotors if the wheel was moving freely? How many miles is your work guaranteed for ? The three stars is for the three scratches.

Nick and his crew at the Amherst Street Sunoco are simply the best! I trust them completely to do quality work at a fair price. Nick has really helped out my family with emergency tire repairs and all sorts of car help. Thanks for all you do!

Got a flat tire coming off the highway. So they were the first place I could pull in so I wouldn’t drive on the rim. I asked them if they could patch it, they told me it couldn’t be patched so I told him I’ll get it towed somewhere. My cousin had a jack on him so he ended up meeting me there so we could put the spare on and take it somewhere else since their mechanic basically told me Im going to need a new tire. The owner came out and harassed us for changing the tire on his property because if something happened he would be held liable. think they were more upset that they couldn’t charge me for changing the tire or whatever service they wanted to try and sell me. Also I took it to a tire shop and they checked the tire in and out and told me it was fine and patched it up no problem. I think the owner is a scumbag and wouldn’t trust this place.

Awful service and so rude!! I've been a repeat customer at this place..until recently, they've been okay. Last time, I was greeted by a super rude front desk person..looked angry and seemed annoyed that a customer was walking in the door for service. Today, I called to have new tires installed and asked if unlike last time, I could please get access to their WiFi to enable work while I wait. He made me hold, then got back on the phone and said' two things, you can't wait here while we instal your tires because it could take all day and we have to do this work between other jobs. Second, you can't have access to our WiFi." I didn't respond to the part about no access to Wifi (even though it's ridiculous in 2023 to NOT offer this to a customer), but I did question his comments about it taking all day..I asked, I'm calling to make an appointment, right, but you can't tell me how long it's going to take or when I can come get my car?? Really? I told him I needed to get my kid from school later in the day, and that this sort of sloppy - we'll get to it when we can - approach to customer service wasn't going to work. The guy simply responded, "then I would take the vehicle to another shop." These guys are sloppy, rude, and clearly don't value their customers. Do yourself a favor, there are million shops in Nashua, find one that a) does quality work and b) values / tries to work with their customers to make them happy.
