I was harassed and insulted and also kicked out by your agent and this is all in your cc tv cameras (and I will not go into detail because I’m going to reach out to your corporate) and he will not provide any service. I was accused told by your agent that I’m poor and broke and I should get the fxxx out of HIS store. he was going to take me outside and beat me. Again this is recorded in your camera Not my camera. FYI I was part of your network engineer team for crown castle who help build and optimize your network in Boston. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and 8 months. Thank you so much for your service. If this is the way you build your client relationship and company you should revisit your strategy. I have requested a police incident report and I’m so scared of going into T-Mobile store again. ITS ALL IN YOU CAMERA PLEASE SEE WHAT IS RECORDED.

Terrible experience. Waited in line for over an hour and the reps still did not take us, instead they continued chatting with the previous customers. Zero urgency. Do not go here

These folks turned a horrendous experience at another T-Mobile store, that was less than a mile away, and make leaving Verizon simple and fun! Very busy on Sunday so I would recommend coming in during a week day.

Thieves work here this store is a 3rd party store T-Mobile will not honor any lies they feed you. My bill is 50 more per month than I was giving in writing. Still no luck fixing problem. After more than 7 months 5 store visits and more than 15 calls nothing has been done to fix the problem. T-Mobile staff at several stores laughed and said this store does this all the time. It’s well known they lie and mislead customers just to hit sale incentives and bonuses.

Honestly its the first time that I enjoyed coming to Tmobile at the mall. I was disappointed in the past because the customer service was horrible. But now, Eric and Daniel are very friendly and i give 5 stars. 10 stars combined!

I have been to 3 T-mobile stores, and this one was the most knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Went to the mall with my sister as she went to stop by this store to help get options on her phone issues. And she was immediately stopped before entering and asked what she need help with and as she was telling he rudely said okay and? Then told her to go to apple had he let her finish he would’ve heard that she had went to apple and they basically couldn’t help her without charging her a lot even though she has insurance. He basically blocked the store entrance and said nothing could be done. As someone who’s worked at a T-Mobile location before this is not okay. This store is commission based and refuses to help customers. I wouldn’t waste your time coming here. Definitely find a different location and stay far away from that sales rep Yuri ??

I am so aggravated with this store experience. I went yesterday (3/24) because I wanted to upgrade my phone to the IPhone 14 Pro. I was told that I would receive the IPhone 14 Pro for $200. I asked to pay the $200 in the store in which the associate Yuri and Andrew said I could do. I said this multiple times throughout the entire experience. When paying the $70 activation fee I asked again to pay the $200 in which Andrew responded you can pay up to $150 because you have to keep $50 on the account to pay over the 24 months (which I was okay with doing). I explained that I wanted to do that because I did not want my dads bill to be to high each month. I continued to bring it up throughout the whole experience. Andrew then offered that I could just pay the $200 after 30 days in full. I shook my head and said oh that interesting. Again explained that I wanted to pay the $150 in person today. When my phone was being transferred from my old phone I asked again to pay the $150. Andrew then proceeded to say that because I shook my head I no longer can pay the $150 in person because he thought that meant I would wait to pay until the first bill came out. As a person who works in retail I was appalled that this was the answer to pretty much scamming me into waiting. On top of that my bill was $184.50 in which Yuri said they would change my bill to the exact same as what I have for $20 cheaper. Complete lie. The next day I receive a text saying there was two lines added to my dads account. We go to the account which explained that my bill is now $200 a month with 6 lines on the account when there is only three phones present on the account. Now we have to call customer service to figure everything out because I will never go back into this store and get scammed again. Andrew said I can give you my business card in which I can come in the store after thirty days (the business card that I was given doesn’t even have his name on it; thank god I remembered). This was the worst experience and as someone who is a young female I feel completely taken advantage of. Also, I traded in my IPhone XS for $85 when I was told it would be up to a $600 trade in value. Somehow I was convinced again to buy a travel adapter for $19.99 and I was given a Samsung charger when I have an iPhone. I would of just went to the apple store and bought the same thing for an adapter and additional charger. When I went to leave the store I was unable to make calls to my family. I went back to the store to explain this to all the associates that were now present and Andrew. They called the store and a few of the associates phones where it was able to make the call from my phone. They all looked at me like I was the issue and it was my mistake. One of the associates even had the nerve to say “It appears to be working fine. The store phone just rang after using your phone to call it.” In my response I said, “Calling my parents is a little more important than calling the store.” I will never go to this store again and neither should anyone else. I wish I read the reviews because all of them said what a scam the store and associates are. And to make it better most of the managers responded with emails to contact them in other peoples reviews. This is extremely unprofessional by having the person with the bad experience now go out of there way not once but twice to get there account/problem figured out that the associates caused. I will be calling corporate to get my account figured out. thanks to these associates!

If you like being lied to and scammed then this is the store for you! I was talked into changing phone services from xfinity to T-Mobile by the district manager by being lied to about 3 phones on my line being paid off. I specifically asked “I don’t have to do anything T-Mobile will just pay what is owed on my kids phones?” Matthew (district manager) replied “yes T-Mobile will pay off the phones for switching over to us, tomorrow the store manager will put the paperwork through and all you have to do is put the sim in once the phones are paid off” complete lie!!! It’s actually a rebate offer where I was suppose to pay the phones off myself then they send the money 6-8 weeks later is what I’m being told now (finding out a week later and I’m now stuck between 2 phone carriers and 3 non working phones) no accountability for the lies, no customer care… all I get is people apologizing for being told the wrong information which DOES NOT fix the problem what so ever.

Been with t-mobile for years and never delt with such unprofessional customer service. Most importantly by the store manager Allison and district Manager Matthew. I really had to call corporate headquarters to report them and have the manager from corporate help us resolve some of the issue but still waiting for our kids phones to be activated. Went in to see my options for a upgrade on my own account. My wife was with me The district manager Matthew convinced my wife to switch from xfinity to t-mobile with the kids lines for a promise of cheaper rate and pay off the remainder of the kids phone balance at xfinity. We check the bill and it was more than originally discussed and actully more than xfinity. He said Allison would submit the proper paper work for the kids phones to be paid off and would hear from Allison within 24 hours. Never heard from her and our kids phones have yet to be paid off. We paid the activation fees and got the Sim cards and still can not insert them because they will not work till the phones are paid off. Allison has yet to contact us after multiple attempts to get ahold of her. So our kids phones are still not able to be used unless it's on wifi. After speaking to the corporate manager. They did fix the bill to what it was originally promised. But informed us that Allison never submitted the proper documents to pay the phones. So we was sent a link to do it ourselves. But now it will be another 7-14 days before we even know if it gets approved. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these people. They are by far the worst!!

Worst experience. Never trust this store's employee information or system information they provide to you at the time of purchase. I purchased a mobile phone and the employee (Alex) mentioned that the mobile will be shipped in 2 days based on the information provided in the system. Post placing the order I received the confirmation mail within 2 hours the estimated delivery date is 45+ days. When I called the store employee (Alex) he mentioned nothing we can do in this situation. If the system or employee provided the wrong information. It should be handled by customer care or a store employee either of them helping me in this situation and asking me to wait 45+ days to get phone delivered.

Im here to for a new IPhone 14 PM. It took a while because I do not have the code that I have no idea what it called the account number is. We called the T mobile to find out and it also took a while for them to set up the payment as their iPad kept lagging. Finally, I was told I could not pay in full while my brother was able to at other T mobile stores. So I set up a payment plan and pay $35 for the completely useless upgrade option! I am sure if I go to Bestbuy or Apple, they could avoid the $35 for me. Another disappointment is that they added the protection 360 and another protection plan which cost me an extra $30 per month without asking for my permission or opinion or informing me of the extra charge. I ended up finding out 2 months later from the bills and called T mobile again to cancel those protection plans that I don't need. Worst experience ever! I would never consider buying a new phone at T mobile store again.

Stop gawking at people as they walk by. If they're interested in a new phone or phone service, they will go in. You act like vultures hanging out in front of the store stopping every person that walks by. It's obnoxious.
