Feedback on Poor Drive-Up Service Experience
Dear Store Manager or Customer Service,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your Target Nashua NH regarding the drive-up service. This was my first time using this location for pickup, and unfortunately, it will be my last.
I recently had surgery, which is why I opted for the drive-up service. When I arrived, I checked in through the app and entered my parking spot number, expecting a smooth pickup. However, I waited for 15 minutes before an employee finally came out—only to inform me that the drive-up service was closed due to the storm. What was frustrating is that they walked all the way out to tell me this without bringing my order or offering any assistance. If the service was closed, why wasn’t there a notification in the app before I arrived?
I then went inside and saw several employees standing at the front, laughing and not actively helping customers. When I asked if the cart full of items near them contained my order, their response was, “If you know what you bought, then they must be yours.” That was completely unprofessional. As a former retail worker, I understand the importance of proper training, and this experience showed a clear lack of it.
Later that day, I went to the Lowell, MA location, and despite the storm, their drive-up service was open. The staff there were respectful and efficient, as always. This comparison highlights the need for better training and management at his location.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure customers receive the service they expect.

Absolutely nasty old woman working there Sunday night. Asked her if she knew where aisle Y was because that’s where the website said the shovels were. just got a rude “no” in response. another employee had to step in and ask what we were looking for.

When ordering an online product from Target, to be delivered to the store for pickup I mistakenly put my name as the POC. Then when I went to the store to pick it up, the customer service rep told me the receiving area in the back was too big and did not even take the time to look for it. Got refund but my Christmas present to my wife did not arrive on time. Oh, and when I reordered the same item to be delivered to my house (no shipping fee) I was charged $11 more for the same item because apparently the price went up since ordering the first time.
Very disappointed!

I cant even start to give this store any other review than poor. As i see today that the entry to the mall on both levels is closed at about 10:30 am. Target appears to be trying to keep you in the store and not letting you pass through to the mall area. This is just unsafe and may be considered customer bullying. I quickly left the store as i think this is an unsafe practice and entered the mall through the mall entrance. I do believe based on what i saw, I wont come back to this location. I was going to buy something from here until I saw this. If something were to happen in this store requiring a quick exit, how do all the people fit through those tiny entry doors? Everyone should complain about this overlooked safety issue, although I think Target knew exactly what it was doing. I would fire management immediately.

I went to target to purchase a PS5 controller and waited in line at the electronics section... when it was finally my turn, an employee of Target walked up and cut me! The check out person let it happen and after they socialized a bit before it was my turn. Again. I will not be returning!

This review is solely for the pickup order. I went in on black friday to pick up my order. Many ppl asked if I need help while someone was already helping me. Friendly ppl. Very easy process. Would recommend others to pick up here.

I came to Target this morning and the store is a mess with barely any pocketbooks and women's wallets and women's sneakers. I miss the old Target so much where they used to have a big selection of women's shoes, sneakers, purses, and wallets. Also, I applied for a Sales Associate position online at the Target location on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH recently and I have all of the qualifications but I received an email a couple of days later saying that they are moving forward in the application process and I was not selected. Clearly not, seeing as how the store looks messy and unkempt and there are never associates walking around to help people.
Previous review: I used to love this Target location but not anymore. The women's clothing this Fall and Winter seasons have been so disappointing. The clothes look like they are from the 1970's and I can't believe anyone would want to wear most of the styles they have out right now at this location. The colors of the women's clothing are pastels and Easter looking. Yuck. There are tons of short sleeve shirts, tank tops, and skirts!! Are they forgetting it's Winter time and 30° to 40° outside? SMH. The women's clearance has not changed in two months and the styles are so outdated. Same thing with the women's shoes. All of the women's clothing this season is outdated. They really need to step it up because they are losing business.

I love this store, I really do but I was testing out a chair in this employee said that we can’t sit down and it’s something that we do in the mall but we were testing out the chair. Unbelievable.
