Never the worst bank I have ever experienced I thought Citizens was bad this one the worst all worst who deals with them good luck I don't even have an account I do my husband my husbands banking only deposits and still gives you a hard time

My debit card was taken by ATM during open hours. Went inside to get help. All employees refused to help, refusing to call service of ATM machines, they say it happened to others and they will only call if ATM defective… This is an international business debit card.Police called, report filled, lawyers involved now.This is unbelievable customer service! Avoid at all costs.Very rude employees and manager, never asked for my name, nothing, ignored the customer entirely!Manager refused to help, TD corporate called, they are shocked by lack of service.Shame!

I deposited an $1800.00 check at the ATM at this bank. Five days later, I received a letter from the bank that the funds were not credited to my account because the image at the ATM was blurry. I called customer service to find out how to get my check back, so that I could make my deposit with a teller. They did not know, but advised me to call the local branch. The manager said he would contact the ATM service and get back to me. After 4 days I called the manager who had no new information for me and refused to follow up on his email to the ATM service company. I called customer service back and spoke to two representatives, one of which was a supervisor. I was told that the check was destroyed and that I would have to replace it. I said I did not believe that and she assured me "we would never cash it behind your back". I asked to speak to the supervisor of the managers at TDbank. I was told somebody would call me by Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I have not received a phone call from the branch manager or his supervisor. After two weeks I was informed by the other bank that the check was processed. Still no communication from TD...

If you do not have an account with TD they will treat you poorly like you are not as important as their "customers"....apparently you need to be a "customer" (have an account with money in it) to get treated fairly and with any respect. I have been a customer here for years and never had a problem, new supervisor must be the cause.

Extremely unprofessional. Supervisor couldn’t even speak to me directly and whispered to two young tellers to tell me to come back Monday after I called and verified that they could help me when I needed. Unsure of what changed and they would not assist. Branch manager needs to be taught how to run a business and treat customers with professionalism and respect. I’m also curious of the dress code at TD Bank.. crocs and a suit?? Smarten up guy.

Employees are always professional and kind, I would give 5 stars but this bank needs to hire more people, I always have to wait a while before I see someone, I know it’s not the employees fault, but management should try and find more people

Setting up a business account and getting it linked to my other account to maintain the min balance requirement was too much to handle for this branch apparently. Two tries with a very unprofessional rep and still get the 25.00 mo fee since account is still not linked. Heading to another branch to try again.

If you want to have the friendliest tellers who still know their stuff, this is the place. They are awesome!
