Tyler S. is great tire specialists and provides awesome customer service. He took great care of me with my 2022 Ford F-250. I also have my girls Jeep Grand Cherokee here currently getting tires installed. Install is far super than most shops.

I have been buying tires here for years, never disappointed. They do always try to upsell you but any good business should do that if they want to be profitable. If you do your homework and know what you want and need you can do fine.

There is a reason I keep coming back here … about 16 yrs now … Bought new Rims and tires for my Tacoma and I found them cheaper online after I already booked my appointment which was for today. I scheduled another appointment for the same day as I wasn’t able to cancel the other one which I submitted with a price match which they beat by $4.50 a tire .
I worked with an associate named Jonas who cleaned up my double booking and issue with my Synchrony credit card I opened for the tire purchase and was able to charge it .
He got my truck right in and told me it would take about 2.5 hours with alignment and install.
They beat the time by about 40 mins so like an hour and a half they had my old rims removed and placed in the bed of my truck, installed the new wheels and tires and tpms sensors mounted and balanced and aligned.
Very fast professional service ! I highly recommend Town fair as they have highly skilled professionals working and caring for your vehicle.
The alignment report they gave me showed they even got my alignment better than the Toyota dealer has in the past.
Jonas was awesome and he had a genuine interest in the highest customer service and fielded all my issues and navigated them all flawlessly.
I picked up my truck and the wheel was so straight and felt so much better than before .
They put my old wheels in the bed of the truck along with the old lugnuts in the packaging .
Don’t have to question anything they did … it was by far an exemplary job by them all!
I also happened to notice they even used never seize on the back of the rims and hubs to ensure if I ever need to change a tire for roadside service that the wheels would separate easily from the vehicle!
Place is awesome and they have a lifetime customer here ! A+++++ job ! Thank you Jonas and the techs for a job well done !
