Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua, NH. Terrible experience in the lumber section. Totally ignored by the old whit guy. Walked by me and my girlfriend several times and never acknowledged us. When I finally got his attention about cutting would, he said no and pointed at the out of order sign. I said, oh that's funny Lowes saw was out of order. He scoffed and said Lowes doesn't cut on the weekend. he said this with a rude tone. The. He pulled the gate on one end of the aisle. Another employee came toward us and told us they were closing the aisle. I said, well I'm not done. Still no help offered. There was another customer, male, who was getting a large order and that was more important than my 4 2X4's. That customer opened the gate when we were done. He felt terrible. Both employees were not helpful. The old man was downright rude. Not sure if it was because we are women or because we are a gay couple. I did talk to the manager, Dennis, he was appropriately upset and said he'd take care of it. Now I have to cut my own lumber, would have been easier for them to do it. So mad!

Home Depot what can I say after hundreds of visits. I like the location hence this is why I go there vs Lowes. If Lowes were in this location I would probably only go to Home Depot a few times per year when I happen to drive by it. Lowes just has a more "store" feel rather than the Home Depot which feels like an unheated warehouse with no style. Price wise I buy appliances at Lowes because the last purchase a month ago I went online and it was delivered to my home 2 days later! You don't get that service at HD and delivery was free.

Washer and dryer delivery service refused to install, could not properly articulate why they refused to install, and Home Depot will not take the machines back.

I've walked into this store 2 separate times and everytime I've asked for something they've been out of stock. Once is an occurrence but twice is a coincidence. The store is terribly messy and usually Home Depot has everything you want and more, seems like that isn't the case here. Like items will say available online and not in store. Very disappointing.

I have been waiting all year to get my Halloween decorations! First year with a house outside power and I order the 6ft grim reaper. Stupidly I didn't see that it was for indoor use only so I returned it and went to the store to find something else, FOR HALLOWEEN! Their was nearly empty shelves for Halloween and a crap ton of Christmas lights in my face as I walked in. I am so disappointed that we can't take one holiday at a time. Guess what Home Depot, some people like the fall and get sick of Christmas because of stores like you. It's not that I'm going to stop going to your stores, but I'm extremely saddened by the haste of Christmas. Some people don't like Covid Christmases.

Update: While everyone else I spoke with in this location appeared to be lacking common sense, one of the managers Mike that I spoke with this morning was able to find me the exact grill I ordered and he personally delivered it to me today. I greatly appreciated his understanding and patience (I was not a happy camper and understandably so) and more importantly I'm very happy to have the idea I purchased.

I don't often ask for a military discount as I don't expect hand outs because of my service. But in the rare instance I do use it, I shouldn't be questioned and asked for my ID to examine as if it's fake and tell me the discount is only for active military. Nice job Home Depot, you just lost a loyal customer to LOWES.. who actually supports our military. And to the cashier that I asked for assistance with an item, sorry for the inconvenience Trash a** service!!!!

Curbside pickup: "oh yeah that's not working right now" ...after following online prompts and waiting 20 min. Staff are better about masks now, but curbside pickup not at all reliable.

Awesome service. We needed to fix one board for our deck and the "sawman" helped us sort out a solution when the standard boards were too wide. The staff were helpful and thought outside of the box.

This review is geared to Home Depot Corporate not the individual store.I have been watching the web site to see if a stove that I am interested in would go on sale. Home depot has a permenant "sale" on this item. On 06/1/2020-06/16/2020 it was listed as the same "sale" price (which has been the same for at least 3 months). On 06/17/2020 at 11:20pm it was listed as "see sale price in cart". Finally it was on sale for real. On 06/18/2020 at 10:56 am I checked my cart and proceeded to my bank to transfer funds. At 2:56 pm, the same day, it was back to its higher "sale" price!! I called my local Home Depot and was told that Corporate sets the pricing and they cannot help me. It is the Haier 24 inch electric range Model #QAS740RMSS.

Bought a new lawnmower from Nahsua Home Depot last week and discovered a damaged blade and rusted under carriage. Probably 2 to 3 years old. Not sure about the battery yet. Once Covid clears up, I will change out for another one, but this should shed light on the Nashua Home depot business practices. Should not have sold at MSRP. I'll update this if anything changes.

I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Home Depot on Amherst St, and especially Brian who i found near the lighting department. After 3 stores including the other Home Depot location i found the staff at DW highway near the mall the most accommodating and helpful in finding me the right solution for my DIY vanity table project. Brian listened to my project, came up with ideas and walked me through the aisles until i had everything i needed. He even walked us to the register. The fact that the other stores i went to didn't want to give me the time of day or really listen to what i was trying to do or what i was trying to achieve has just earned Home Depot on DW Highway my business always!

Return policy is complicated, cashier couldn’t comprehend how to do an exchange transaction. Terrible customer service. Took my cash elsewhere instead of just paying for the difference between the returned item and the new item because I didn’t want the credit on my debit card and wait 3-5 days to fix our repair.

Do not ever buy appliances from Home Depot! Home Depot does not guarantee their wash machines! They use a horrible insurance company called Asurion to help you get your machine fixed! Well Asurion doesn't care about your business or insuring your product! Home Depot was no help. They also lied when we bought the machine and said they would have people service the appliance if it broke!
