Purchased a beautiful Buick Encore GX yesterday from Tulley. I found their website very transparent and easy to use to prepare for my visit. After thorough research, Tulley had a price, vehicle and financing options that were better than anywhere else in the region. I worked with Ian who was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to do business with. He made time for me as a walk-in, answered every question I had and efficiently navigated me through the purchase and trade-in process while being extremely pleasant the whole time. I am an out-of-state resident and Tulley made that part simple as well! I left the lot with my shiny new car and couldn't be happier! I'd happily purchase future cars from Tulley. Five stars for Ian, buy all your cars from him!I would recommend asking for someone other than Kyle to assist with the financial portion of your purchase. He was pushy, condescending and repeatedly refused to take no for an answer when I opted to decline additional warranties, telling me he was "confused" by my decision and it "didn't make any sense" multiple times. I did not appreciate the experience he provided; he came off as a sleazy cliché attempting to take financial advantage of a woman in a car dealership.

It's been many years since I've felt so positive about doing business with an auto dealership. Worked with Dave Breault, who listened and spent most of his day sealing with just us. He wasn't bouncing around dealing with several customers trying to get the next sale. He was informative, insightful and a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure, the price was fair and no hidden tricks to sway us one way or the other. We drove out with a 2023 GMC Acadia Denali and could not be happier. Wish we had done this 37 years ago when Dave first started!

2nd time visit Oil change and chassis lubrication on my invoice. But neither time was the chassis lubricated. Only reason not a perfect score although everything else was excellent. I left a GM dealership to a GMC dealership, and it was a good choice.

My car was serviced quickly, and thoroughly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was very impressed with the video viewing of the underneath of my vehicle.The staff handling the front of the service center were very polite and helpful.The waiting area was clean and had many amenities for anyone waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.

The honesty that was expressed by Chris was refreshing. He even honored an estimate that was given to me a few months ago which was appreciated since our vehicle had another issue as well. I will definatley continue to come back for the quality work and awesome customer service.

When we booked the appointment, we had asked for engine oil service as well as brake fluid services.When we got there, the person who welcomed us was not nice; she first said we had not booked any brake fluid services, then after realizing we had said it couldn't be done anyways and we didn't need it now. Not nice at all and no one has reached out to us ahead of time to let us know the brake fluid services could not be done.

We traveled from Maine for a GMC Yukon AT4. For inventory around Maine is non existent and we were looking to purchase our vehicle “same day”. We had a flawless experience, from checking in with Vanessa to see if it was available to the sales assistance from Peter. Our “closing” process was quick and efficient. You washed and fueled up the vehicle as well, which was an appreciated surprise. We have not had that with the many Maine dealerships we have bought vehicles from.Peter took the time to go over the many features of the vehicle before we left and was kind and professional through out our whole interaction.We are very please and glad we took the road trip to your dealership.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Jordan was our sales guy, he may seem young, but he’s very knowledgeable and definitely doesn’t sell the car, he sells a customer experience and I can definitely appreciate that considering that my husband was with me and this was his first time buying a car from an American perspective. So bravo!And on the finance side Charlie was great from meeting our financial goal as best he could but also made it a personal and fun experience of his! Awesome!Thanks for the sale guys and looking forward to picking up my husbands truck! ☺️You all deserve more than 5 stars!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! As a long time customer of Tulley BMW, this was my first purchase at Tulley GMC and it was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish.I initially inquired online about the availability of a New 2023 Sierra Denali Reserve w/ Duramax Turbo Diesel. Shortly after that I received a call from one of the internet sales people and they connected me with Sales Manager, Cam Tulley. We had a brief conversation on the phone and I outlined what I was looking for and my expectations. He was more than happy to accommodate my schedule and we arranged a test drive first as I was new to the brand. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to Cam and was already setup with a GMC Client Advisor, Jordan Kyle. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the product, but he was also passionate about his job. It was clear his objective was to make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle and all options/features were explained in detail. After the test drive I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. The deal terms were worked out very quickly and we shook hands. Ben Brown was the Business Manager handling my deal and he was respectful of my time and made the entire paperwork process quick and easy. Delivery was just as smooth as the rest of the buying process. The truck was prepped and ready before I arrived for my delivery appt and Derek as well as Sales Manager, Mark Pike personally assisted with the delivery and complete vehicle setup. I did notice a couple of area's that I wanted Recon to take a look at and Cam/Mark assured me it was no issue and they would have the recon team take care of it when I return to pick up the all season liners. Great service!Very excited to now also be a part of the Tulley GMC family and will most definitely be sending some referrals. Well done Cam, Mark, Jordan, Ben & Derek. I truly appreciate everyones efforts and look forward to doing future business together.

this place is a waste of time DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these people! It's like a fly by night company the manager is a little entitled piece of that wouldn't anything if he wasn't for mommy or daddy and the salesman by the name of mike has no spine THE PLACE IS A JOKE!

This was the first time my husband & I traveled out of state to purchase a vehicle and we’re so glad we did. The second you walk through the door you are greeted and immediately taken care of. This company 100% prides itself with great customer service. We were lucky enough to be set up with Jordan Kyle. Not only was he accommodating but he takes the time to get to know & understand the customer..it’s very obvious he enjoys and is very passionate about his career. Jordan made the process enjoyable with no stress. Because of our experience, we will be back to this location specifically for all of our future needs. We can’t recommend buying from here enough!

After having 3 family members buy cars and 1 close friend buy a car through Tulley Buick GMC in the last year, I assure you I will never refer them/anyone here ever again. Their sales team is probably the only good thing that has come out of this establishment. Their service team is the reason I will never be back. I bought my second car from them in the last year, the first week of March. The day after I purchased the car, the check engine light came on. They gladly brought it in that following day and informed me it was the thermostat that was throwing my check engine light. June 15th my vehicle was severely overheating. I brought it back. The claimed they check everything and my cooling system needed to be "flushed". I picked it back up the same day and once again the issue was still there. I went out of my own way and paid for a mechanic to try and resolve the issue. Still nothing was resolved and then I realized it was a much bigger issue. I called their service department and they got my vehicle in on Monday the 10th of July. Nice enough to make arrangements to put me in a loaner car. I picked my vehicle up today (the 14th) and not only is this issue still happening, they broke the wheel flares on the fenders on my car and never put back the hardware that goes to them. I really enjoyed coming to this dealer, but I will never spend another dollar there. I will glady take my business to another place.

I've bought a half dozen vehicles over the years and Jordan Kyle has to be at the top of the list of the people I've worked with during the shopping & purchasing processes. He was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and I never felt I was being pushed to make a purchase. The process was extremely smooth and Jordan took time on his off-day to get the vehicle ready and to perform the hand-off which was much appreciated. His manager was also a pleasure to work with, along with the rest of the staff. Highly impressed with Tulley!

We’ve been Tulley BMW customers for a long time and always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continued support.This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST!We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. We really enjoyed working with you!Thank you, Tulley BMW and Tulley GMC, once again for making our car purchase experience so pleasant!! (I am not sure how many people can say that)
