Kam, who oversees the employees here, is lacking in judgment and managing skills. It is only a matter of time before he's dismissed.

Horrible. Tried dropping off a package twice. Once around noon. They were closed for lunch cause of staff shortage. Went back around 4pm and while the door was unlocked, there was nobody there to take my package. I waited 10 mins and called out. But no one came. Left and drove across town just to drop it off.

I shipped out a perishable package with dry ice. I had no idea what I was doing. Karen, who was working the counter, was awesome. Super helpful, friendly, and tolerant of my complete lack of preparedness.

UPS is good but if you have people that don't know how to walk with their merchandise in their hands and scratch up my whole truck need to learn other Solutions issue that's my issue

This company delivered my package to the wrong building they told me the GPS of the driver shows that he was not at my building. I tried to get the package they said they trying to get the package. Only thing I keep getting is them telling me we will call you back. Well I had to go and buy a different gift not because I made a mistake but because it was made by them and the customer service at this place is horrible. And on top of everything else, look at all the responses they give to people. They're all automated generic responses. If they really care about the customers, someone would contact these people from the company, not a generic response. Thanks for nothing

Dirty facility and exceedingly rude, unhelpful employees. If you can at all avoid this place, do so.They play games with packages, especially ones that require a signature - they have to fail to deliver THREE TIMES before you can actually pick it up yourself at the DC.Seriously, I'd rather use the USPS than deal with this nonsense.

Nightmare. Do not use this HUB - but not sure how you can avoid/how that works with UPS. Packages say "Delivered", with a "proof of delivery" - without any proof, or any product.. then takes days or weeks of your time. I imagine delivery drivers are stealing your package. Has happened far too often.Needed a 1-star rating but deserves less. Criminal activity.Call this number though - after waiting for 10 minutes you will be placed on a call with someone from Philippines whose computer has problems and keeps going down. And you will need to wait longer, maybe another 5-10 mins, so that that they can tell you they cannot find it. "Based on the system, you will need to talk to the sender". Ask for a proof of Delivery (the one they said they have).... they will tell you to contact the sender or receiver. Tell them you are the receiver. They will tell you then to contact the sender for the Proof of Delivery. Ask who has the "Proof of Delivery"? They will tell you they do (UPS does). So ask "where is it"? They will tell you they don't have it, since it was not delivered.... Ah, ok.CEO Carol Tomé made $27M in 2021, and $19M in 2022.

The women at whippel st in Nashua is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in any customer service. Now she is playing games with my package and is costing me money. This women has no right dealing with people. I know multiple drivers at this location, and every one of them expressed to me how much of a KAREN. This women is. She has made this UPS experience so bad I will never use them and will refuse to purchase anything from an establishment that uses UPS as a delivery.

UPS demonstrated to me this week why they are a distant second to Fed-X . I had a large package due for delivery on March 23rd. We were expectantly called out of town. I went to the Service Center at 3 Whipple Street Nashua NH to see if I could have it held for pick up. I tried to do this through My Choice account and all it did was spin and spin. The woman was nice to me and put the order as hold for pick up. She said they would hold it for seven days. Upon return home I checked the tracking # and found a large triangle and exclamation point stating DELAY! I assumed this was storm related and it persisted for several days . Then a message appeared and suggested I contact the shipper and inquire about starting a claim. I contacted the shipper , that was based in Ohio and they somewhat blew me off saying it was a UPS problem. Then my UPS tracker suddenly changed and said the package was being returned to Ohio. I immediately went to the Whipple Street depot . As I waited in line the woman I originally worked with was working the counter. Well..she must have had a bad day, when I explained the messages I saw she looked at me like i had two heads and said the package . I asked why they did not call me when it arrived like they always have done, She said she didn't have a phone # entered. If that was missing, wouldn't protocol have been to ask? I noted I have a My Choice and personal account with UPS. Said it didn't matter. She sort of tossed my documentation back to me , said I can't help you, go call the shipper. I will be cancelling my accounts and moving to Fed-X. A deplorable display of customer service.

UPS is the worst. You can not call and get a person, under any circumstances. They will not even tell their own stores their number. The recorded system won't give you a representative, and will hang up on you. They are not open before I leave for work or get back so there is no way to get there. They are not leaving packages as per the instructions of the sender and the signs on the door of the building. They try twice and just ship everything back so I can't get the items I need. They are a pathetic set up. No chance of communication

If you don’t want to incur the wrath of the extremely rude woman with glasses who works the day shift, you had better get here by 4:50 pm on the dot. I guess the hours of operation here are just a suggestion. Extremely unprofessional staff. The hours of operation are until 5:00 pm - as clearly stated on the doors. Employee told me they close at 4:50 pm and refused to let me in.

Customer counter was helpful. The customer before me wouldn't listen to reason, but the counter person remained calm. She also provided the help I needed.

The customer service center is filled with a bunch of unintelligent individuals who are incompetent and liars. But kudos to the UPS store on DW HWY, nh.
